Using Click and Boat is very confusing. The boat we chartered belonged to Eiolian Sailing, a charter company. Sergio, who was fantastic, is the general manager of the company. Click and Boat misrepresented this, indicating that Sergio was a private owner. Additionally, Click and Boat is merely an intermediary thst takes no responsibility for anything really, other than claiming to find the right boat. Any communication with them results in a delay as they know nothing. Best advice is to work direct with the charter companies for excellent service. Saying this, what little was offered, was done OK, albeit frustrating. The star reviews have zero to do with Click and Boat's service but only that of the owners of the boat one settles on.
