But also short break : 4 nights from a Monday (4pm) until Friday (9am) is 45% of the week price 3 nights from a Friday (4pm) until Monday (9am) is 55% of the week price Magnifique - As one of our biggest and most spacious canal and river boat rentals, the Magnifique sleeps up to 10 (8 in cabins and 2 in the saloon) people and is ideal for large parties of family and friends. Fully equipped with a huge sundeck, cool box, and dual steering positions the Magnifique has everything you need to cruise in comfort and style. Our base in Castelnaudary is the perfect place to start exploring the unique history and culture of the Canal Du Midi, and experience first-hand why it’s been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Castelnaudary itself is a historic market town and home of the Cassoulet – a dish of white beans, pork and duck famous throughout France. From here, you can cruise to bustling Toulouse and immerse yourself in French café culture, or travel south through the Medieval cities, Cathar castles and lush vineyards until you reach the golden sands of the Mediterranean Sea. 2 options regarding insurance : 1) take the damage waiver (between 18 and 31 euros per night) + a low security deposit (600 euros) 2) leave directly a full security deposit of 2500 euros
