I was very disappointed by the welcome locally and the management of the boat: - big machine absolutely not listening to the customer! - no explanation or description on the operation of the toilets and in particular on the emptying of the black water tank: result an almost systematic intervention is scheduled on return and invoiced 200 euros (despite correct use ... 20 years of cruise) - the spinnaker supplied as an option was not suited to the boat: sheets too short (no gybing possible) and return pulleys badly positioned: no commercial gesture offered
