Very bad experience because during return trip there was a wind in the sea and it was unsafe traveling. No lifejackets , very unsafe travel for my kids, they were scared and stressed. Captain and the team should not use this boat for such trips. Unacceptable because it’s a huge risk for little kids.
Dear Alex, We apologize for any discomfort you experienced, however please allow us to mention all the missing facts. Rest assured, weather conditions are always assessed prior to departure, and we had clearance from port authorities, ensuring safe conditions. All safety measures, including life jackets which are mandatory for all passengers, were available but unnecessary due to the absence of danger. Assistance from the captain was readily accessible if needed but never asked. We presume that the feeling of danger you felt had to do with the fact that you did not follow any instructions whatsover provided from the captain. Especially when travelling, kids were standing up constantly resulting in the captain stopping the boat many times during your trip for your safety. Additionally, lack of respect was demonstrated throughout the cruise, starting from not following captain’s requests all the way to cleaningness. Children touched all surfaces, including the cushions as well as inside the cabin with grease from food you brought on board however, without sanitizing their hands.Trash were also scattered all over the boat. Your delayed arrival at the designated boarding point caused a 2-hour delay, compressing the trip duration. Also, please note, you booked a day leisure boat, not a large motor yacht. While a boat trip with a one-year-old may not be advisable, ensuring the safety of your children remains your responsibility. Had we received passports earlier, rather than late the previous evening, we might have considered canceling the trip from our end.
