Step aboard the Southwind 2000 — Allegra 10 Cabin and discover the timeless beauty of the Amalfi Coast on a scenic cruise departing from Amalfi. Designed for comfort and ideal for couples, families, or small groups, this boat offers a spacious and elegant way to explore Italy’s most picturesque coastline.

As you sail along, you’ll uncover coastal treasures including the spectacular Fiordo di Furore, a narrow inlet carved between cliffs with a stone bridge above. Continue on to Praiano, a calm and authentic village ideal for a quick swim or photo stop. Then head to Positano, the iconic town known worldwide for its beauty and vibrant cliffside homes.

    Giovanni our skipper was the saving grace of this experience for me personally. We were a party of 9 and due to the rough conditions some of us fell quite ill. One of our group was so unwell she needed to disembark and Giovanni went out of his way to assist. Two of our group were fine and thoroughly enjoyed the experience (drank wine, ate fruit and had a ball) but for the majority of our party the conditions were just too much. Unfortunately one can not control the weather.

    Our day touring the Amalfi Coast with our Captain, Giovanni, was absolutely amazing!! He was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The boat was clean and very comfortable for us. We would highly recommend this boat to anyone.

    Thanks to Saverio, this day on the water was SO much more than we ever expected! I booked this trip before the pandemic and Saverio’s flexibility and communication with us – having to reschedule several times, was simply the finest customer service that I’ve ever encountered. When we finally got our vacation, he contacted us days before the charter date to move the outing to give us much better weather and calmer seas. That was truly thoughtful and really paid off! Saverio, in my opinion as a life-long boater, is the quintessential captain. He’s kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, courteous and exceptionally good behind the wheel. Heck, if someone asked him to navigate that 35’ boat through the eye of a needle, he could do it! He asked us what we wanted and then gave us more than we could have imagined. I cannot recommend him enough and wouldn’t think twice about hiring him again. Don’t bother trying to find a better captain, because you won’t. I can’t wait to return to the Amalfi coast and will be sure to book another ride with him. The six of us on the cruise all agree it was some of the best money that we’ve ever spent and our very BEST day in Italy thanks to Saverio. Ciao!
