    Congratulations to the entire Jeff One team! Abraham was very helpful in preparing the trip and took care of even the smallest details. The boat is great, clean, spacious, an ideal bathtub to enjoy and very comfortable cabins. But the best, Felix and Cielo, polite, attentive and always concerned about making us spend some fantastic days. Thank you all very much. We will see you again!!

    Everything was good but we were charged additional 300 euros for damages that could not be proven to be caused by us, when tried to communicate about it and asked for proof, communication was minimal, last message was left on read, no proof was presented while we were charged the fee. The assisting lady on board was missing most of the time, while the skipper/captain was helpful and overall a pleasant company. The board is older but relatively clean and relatively comfortable. Our experience was good, but the owner/manager’s decision to proceed with a charge for claimed damage (scratches) with no proof that they were caused by us (guests) left a bad taste and partially spoiled the experience. It was unjust since no regular due process or proof was presented when it comes to claiming damages. Disappointing.
