About the experience

Set sail from Kissamos Port and discover the soul of Western Crete on an 8-hour private cruise that blends wild nature, ancient spirit, and Venetian elegance in one unforgettable voyage.

Your first destination is Menies, a remote, pebbled sanctuary tucked into Cape Spatha. Swim in deep, tranquil waters where the ruins of the ancient city of Diktinna and the temple of the goddess Vritomartis still hold a quiet, sacred energy.

Next, glide toward Theodorou Island — untouched by humans, yet alive with meaning. Here, among protected waters and rocky cliffs, rare Kri-Kri goats roam freely. Float above vibrant marine life with snorkeling gear, or simply relax beneath the shadow awning, drink in hand from the ice cooler.

Continue to Lazaretta Islet, where history lingers in silence. Once a Venetian quarantine island, it now offers calm waters, crumbled ruins, and a rare stillness — ideal for a peaceful swim or reflective sun-soaking moment.

Then, step into the timeless beauty of Chania Old Port. Venetian lighthouses, pastel buildings, and the melody of old stones invite you to wander, photograph, and fall into the charm of one of Crete’s most iconic towns.

And before returning, we guide you to hidden beaches, unreachable by road — private pockets of paradise, where the only sound is the sea.

Included onboard: snorkeling equipment, stereo system, shaded deck, swimming ladder, ice cooler, water, soft drinks & snacks.

Let the coastline tell you its story — one secret, sacred stop at a time.

Yiannis was a very nice and discret skipper. Aristea was very helpful to organise everything.

The boat is a bit small for 8 people, and the ride was bumpy even though the sea was pretty calm. But what really lowered the quality of our experience is that the captain didn’t speak English, just Greek. It was very difficult to communicate in those circumstances. Also, he didn’t seem too knowledgeable about the boat and even the route of our excursion.
