Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience of our trip, and I strongly recommend choosing another boat company. The waves were far too strong, and from what we later learned by our captain, we were the only ones sailing that day. The team never warned us at the start that conditions would be so rough. Technically, yes, it was “navigable” and “not dangerous” as they claim, but in reality it was awful to endure. Out of 28 people, about half got sick, myself included and we are used to boat trips. Two people even vomited over the side, forcing us to turn back. In the end, more than half of the group wanted to stop after only 1h30 instead of the 4h planned, simply because the situation had become unbearable. To make things worse, one of the captains (I believe his name was Michel) behaved aggressively towards clients. I even have a video where he tells people to “shut up” because he is the captain, and he physically pushed my friend aside. Completely unacceptable behavior. On top of that, the service is nothing like what is advertised: there are no included accessories for swimming (everything is charged extra), no food or drinks offered, and the toilets are in a deplorable state. To access them, you have to go down a very narrow gangway where anyone slightly larger would not even fit. This is absolutely not mentioned anywhere. This was supposed to be the highlight of my birthday, but it turned out to be a nightmare. No gesture of goodwill was offered. For a week, I’ve been trying to negotiate with the team, but they refuse any responsibility, insisting it was our choice to stop. But if I pay for 4 hours and we only get 1h30, that’s not what I paid for. In the end, this company is only there to make money, not to ensure client satisfaction. Their advertising is misleading, their customer service is aggressive, and the overall experience was appalling. I cannot recommend this activity at all.
