    It was okay. Captain seemed agitated and avoided a lot of activities, was invested in cutting the trip short by booking us an early dinner by 2 hours. Seemed like he worked for the water-sports people more than us during our negotiations and final decision of not moving forward with it.

    The boat itself is nice, but have to say very dissapointed about the food and drinks. You rent something super expensive and are told that tons of water, soda og juice are included and then you end up with almost nothing. We had 1 (!) juice in the boat (how is that even possible) and we had some Cola with sugar. None of us drink Cola with sugar and they couldn’t arrange anything else for us. So we were basically without any other drinks other than water. We paid 55 euro extra per person for BBQ. But they did not even have a red wine on board for the meat. We ended up getting a red wine from the captain that was his personal/something he found in the boat and that was rated 2.3 out of 5 on Vivino and tasted like shit - like you can imagine when you get a 2.3 score on average. To compare, I booked a huge villa for 10 people and the service and things included were many manyyyy, times better. This tour can improve a lot with some small changes. They try to sell a high standard tour/ Luxury trip but it’s not close to that. But at the same time they don’t need to make big changes to improve the tour a lot. Just deliver on food and drinks and the tour is suddently a lot better. A tour like this shouldn’t focus on cheapest possible food / drinks. It just kills the whole luxury vibe you try to sell. I would like to give a great feedback for Alex. He was very friendly and helpful in the booking process. I hope he reads this and make the changes required to make this trip great for the people that comes after.

    Great day charter, captain and crew were very nice and helpful. Arrangement prior to departure with manager was also very seamless, Alex was very communicative and nice. Downsides were the rental of the jet ski for which was mostly to the fault of the company renting them out at paradise island- lots of time spent waiting when we could have been on the boat…wouldn’t have rented in retrospect. Also as you can see the boat is aged but price reflects that.

    Really enjoyable charter - family of 17 very well looked after. Only slight hiccup was no food/snacks - guess it was an oversight. Soon sorted by (paying for) lunch delivery to the boat from a shoreside restaurant. Very welcoming Captain and crew. Very helpful and accommodating to where we wanted to sail. Boat was comfortable and safe. Would definitely use again.
