Catamaran Day Tour: Comino, Blue Lagoon, & Gozo Adventure

Fabulous! The best day of our week!! Very accommodating to pick us up from Gozo for a small extra fee! The two guys on board were amazing and took us to wherever we wanted! They even cooked the bbq for us! Would 100% recommend it was incredible!

We requested a catamaran trip for 13 people at short notice. We were contacted immediately by the owner Charlie via WhatsApp and given perfect advice. The process went smoothly and it was great to be picked up at the port on Gozo. The two crew members welcomed us warmly and anticipated our every wish. We brought our own drinks. There are enough refrigerators on board. There is also a gas grill on board. We were happy to use this. We would like to thank you for the lovely day and the professional handling!

Unfortunately bad weather and sick guests prevented us from getting to the blue lagoon etc. boat is aging and BBQ set up is pretty poor and I ended doing most of the cooking in a fry pan on the stove.

Great boat trip, nice captain. Blus lagoon was exceptionally busy so he took us to a much quieter place which was just as nice. The drinks could have been better. Soft drinks were all flat. €35pp for food and drinks is also a bit expensive. Food was decent, thankfully there was lots of sauces on board.

Was booked for my girlfriend’s birthday party. When we arrived at the dock they said the original boat we had booked with was under maintenance so they would upgrade us to a bigger one for free which was great. We were hoping to have a wakeboard like on the other one but they didn’t have one. Only a paddle board. Of course because it’s a birthday, we were expecting to have a surround sound system but the front of the boats speakers were broken so we could barely hear it unless we went towards the back of the boat which really sucked… The skippers were brilliant. We forgot to bring our BBQ food and he had a perfect alternative. Very friendly and kind chaps!

It was a full pleasant day. Congratulations for the pilot, Iki, and his service. We would have liked to sail and on the way back it would have been possible but we did not do it. It is a pity to make a crossing on a catamaran all day with a motor.

I do not usually complain but having had experience of many catered boat tours previously the trip was poor and far below standard. At a cost of £1500 we expected much more. 1. The captain seemed ill prepared for our trip, hawlng bags , food trays and cool boxes onto the boat. We had arranged to be at the boat at 9:30 but arrived at 9:40 and was expecting all provisions etc. to have been on board by the time we got there. 2. Iqbal was very pleasant and a quiet host who worked very hard alone driving the boat and getting us there, allowing two stops for swimming and returning us. 3. There was no safety briefing or overview of the trip given once we boarded the boat. 4. There was no instruction re use of the toilet (no instructions not to put paper down the toilet). The toilet was not clean, had been used with feces left in it unflushed. 5. No drinks were served on arrival, or instruction we just took it that we were to help ourselves. 6. Iqbal did state he would prepare the food when we stopped. 7. 1st stop.Toys were provided noodles and a paddle board and we concluded we were in the blue lagoon area but hadn’t been told this. 8. The cutlery was chipped and plastic plates faded and the plastic beakers were obviously old and not ideal for wine. 9. The outside table had a white plastic stained cover on and appeared unclean. 10. The bbq was started and sausages, chicken and ribs cooked. There was no salad, we had to chase up the pan of rice that we had seen on the stove earlier. Everything came out separate and was disorganised 11. Iqbal was a good boat driver but his hosting, entertaining and catering ability were none existent. Too much to ask of one person maybe ? I was surprised that he was alone trying to provide all of this as there were 12 of us. 12. There was no service, no tour guide information about the local area, points of interest or stopping locations. 13. The photos of the boat were misleading and should be regarded as false advertising. In fact I believe they were taken a long time ago when the boat was new. 14. The kitchen was in disrepair and there was no door on the oven. Your boat was shabby and neglected. 15. We connected our phones to Bluetooth and played our music. We as a group of 12 friends made the best of it and entertained ourselves. 16. There was enough wine, beer and soft drinks provided. We helped ourselves from the cool box plastic wine glasses would have been nice.. Reading your reviews it appears that you have hosted previous tours. Iqbal on his own, with no catering, hosting, tour guide or entertainment experience was definitely inadequate. Is it even safe and legal to have one person to host 12 people on a vessel this size? I was bitterly disappointed with the food presented on this trip. As the organiser I feel embarrassed and responsible for this sub standard boat trip. Paula

Skipper was good, boat too. The boat not so clean And we did not get the BBQ as mentionned in the offer. A bit expensive for what we get but a good day.

What a great day. 9 of us spent a brilliant day with captain Ben aboard Chiquita. We visited three bays, played on the SUP and had a great barbecue. Ben was brilliant a super helpful. Thank you.

We had an amazing day on the boat for our friend’s hen do party! The crew was amazing, they brought us to a quiet and stunning spot to spend the day and made sure we enjoyed our day! I 100% recommend them!!

We had an amazing day thanks to the great communication with Charlie before the day of our booking, and thanks to Ben, our skipper on that day. He took us to a very nice spot for snorkelling and swimming which as not crowded, perfect to relax and enjoy the day, and we also had fun trying paddle surf for the first time. Overall, it was a great day. We'll repeat it again for sure!
