Due before Charter Departs: Captain fee $35 per hour Cleaning: $50 Marina fee: $150 Fuel $20 per hour. List of Captains authorized by owner will be provided once booked. All pricing is minimum and for up to 6 GUEST. $25 FEE for each additional person, up to 12 max guest, paid the day of. Site fee and taxes are not included Gratuity is not included. Mon- Thurs 4 hrs TOTAL PRICE = $650 $230 for boat rental/SITE BOOKING PRICE. Be sure to pack towels, sunblock, your own snacks/lunch, cups, alcohol is allowed (no red wine please), personal floatables, snorkeling gear, or anything else you might want to use out at sea as this is not supplied. Bring a 12 Volt plug with USB output to charge your devices. __________________________________________ Rules: ⛔️❌Brand new clothing will bleed when wet and may cause major damage on the seats. No jeans, unwashed towels or unwashed bathing suit, red wine, curries, turmeric, tomato sauce, berries, spray tan, sprays and so on. Sunscreen may be applied 15 minutes prior to boarding. None while onboard as this may cause damage to seats. 🚭👠Shoes (boat shoes included) are strictly forbidden, Note: This is a NON SMOKING vessel. ⏰30-minute late is considered a no-show. ➡️ Must sign waiver Full Cash balance due prior to boarding - if credit card payment must be paid in full 48 hours prior to departure. REFUND POLICY We refund 100% of your money if: - 51% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. - Winds 21 mph or higher on the day of the rental. - In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term.
