Déçue du manque d'honnêteté de Fabio qui nous a pris en charge sur place. A titre commercial, il nous a offert les 50 € de carburant (qu'il a barré sur le contrat de location), en accord avec Roberto son patron, car le temps n'était pas au rdv. On a quand même navigué 1 heure sous la pluie, sur les 3 heures réservées et payées. Et lors de notre arrivée, Fabio nous a réclamé les 50 €. C'est honteux ! Il n'a pas respecté ni sa parole ni ce qu'il y avait sur le contrat. Je ne recommande pas !

Fabio welcomed us very warm. The boat was half an hour late due to the users before us, but twe got this time extra of course. After that, we were 30 minutes late and we did not have to pay extra. So I'm very satisfied with Fabio and would recommend him!

We had a wonderful time. This was a great experience. Roberto is so kind, very communicative and was very helpful for coordination when we planned our vacation. Well spent and would do it again!

Roberto kommt deutlich zu spät, wirkt gestresst und ist nicht der freundlichste. 50 € für „Benzin“ will er zusätzlich bar auf die Hand, ohne Quittung, versteht sich. Insgesamt ist das Erlebnis gut und einschliesslich der zusätzlichen 50 € immer noch akzeptabel, generell empfehlenswert.

The boat was a good size and comfortable. But the engine was governed (limited in order not to run at normal speed). This meant it was much slower and to get to certain points of the lake took much longer).

The boat was exactly as in the pictures, it was easy to find the location. Roberto was very kind and helpful! I can only recommend him and the boat! It was a fantastic experience to see the lake by this boat!

A great afternoon boating on the lake
