We had an excellent day on the water, good host, great snorkelling locations…. We were a family group of 8, aged 28-80 yrs old, and all enjoyed the day!

Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine avec Alex et Louise . La gentillesse,le professionnalisme et la bonne connaissance des iles d'Alex nous a permis de voir des paysages et des fonds marins magnifiques. Expérience désastreuse ! Aucune organisation ! Malgré 3 relances dans les jours précédents pour justement anticiper et connaitre heures et lieu de RDV, aucune réponse ou info… Cela arrive à peine quelques heures avant et par whatsapp… Aucune réponse sur le site internet et messagerie. Autant dire qu’il faut être accroché à son tel en permanence. Bref, Pas professionnel ! Résultat : plus d’une heure de croisière en moins et aucune compensation. Autrement dit : désastreux ! À noter qu’il est presque impossible de se garer sur place et beaucoup de marche pour rejoindre le ponton. Seule petite consolation, équipage sympa.

Notre bateau a eu une panne. Le loueur est intervenue en 1 h pour réparer ce qui est correct. On est donc resté 2 heures avec le temps de la réparation dans une zone avec des vaguse. La journée a été très sympa mais le finish nous a laissé tous bien malade. Une panne peut arriver, le problème est que le loueur a seulement accepté de nous faire une remise de 67€ sur la consummation. Sachant qu il surfacture l essence 1€ par litre ( soit 2,7€/l). Du coup il n a pas fait de remise. Pas suffisant pour nous donc je déconseille ce loueur.

Die Bootstour mit Kapitän Neal war in jeder Hinsicht überragend. Bereits im Vorfeld hat er innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet und die gesamte Planung war äußerst unkompliziert. Alle Absprachen ließen sich einfach, klar und professionell mit ihm klären. Während der Fahrt war Neal jederzeit flexibel, respektvoll und sehr seriös. Er war sich seiner Umgebung stets bewusst und hat dadurch ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit vermittelt. Gleichzeitig war er immer entspannt und freundlich, was die Atmosphäre an Bord besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war, dass ein Heiratsantrag an Bord stattgefunden hat. Neal hat diesen Moment perfekt unterstützt und diskret begleitet, sodass alles reibungslos und genau wie geplant ablaufen konnte. Dank seiner Erfahrung und Ortskenntnis hat er uns einen einzigartigen Trip mit wunderschönen Stopps geboten. Insgesamt war es eine außergewöhnliche Boottour mit einem ausgezeichneten Kapitän. Absolute Empfehlung – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! In Grüße Kerem 👍👌

Matheus is a great host, very easy to contact, on top of every detail. We knew exactly what was happening and where we were going. Contact was through WhatsApp which made it very easy. His skipper Michael was also great, very capable and secure, we felt very safe and taken care off. Michael took care of everything for us. We decided to order food from a restaurant while we were anchored on the beach, that was fantastic. It was such a unique experience. The boat was perfect for us, 6 adults and one child. Had a clean bathroom as well. Would totally recommend d and will use if we are back to Buzios! Awesome Job!

We had a fantastic experience on Aloha from the first contact with the owner Anya and then onboard with captain Akkom and the crew. The boat was very well prepared and fully equipped with all safety and leisure equipment. The trip was amazing. Thank you very much
