Half day Snorkeling & Island Vibes

An experience we'll definitely repeat! Everything was perfect! Francisco was super friendly with the boat management; he assigned us a cabin for the kids, which was great. Our skipper was Nicolas, a genius! We loved the route he planned; he was super friendly throughout and very professional.

Great boat! We got another boat as the rented one had a motor issue. The alternative boat was even better. Francesco was very friendly and explained everything well. The boat performed super. Very comfortable and stable at higher speed.

The self-drive tour was fantastic. We received clear instructions and a cooler with drinks. We'll definitely do it again when we're in Ibiza.

The boat was okay. There was no shower, no radio, and the horn was apparently disconnected, but that wasn't the problem. The problem is more the organization. In the morning, we had to wait 45 minutes for the rental company. Then, when we returned the boat, it was another drama! Just not well organized. We've seen it differently with other rental companies. On top of that, the boat handover was completely succinct. I'm certainly not picky, but the propeller wasn't checked before or after, nor were there any documents. It's totally relaxed at first, but when something goes wrong, and that just happens, things get tense.

Superb day at sea, no stress, only pleasure. Francisco and his team are top-notch service, thank you to them!

Beautiful boat day. Francisco is very nice and recommended us some nice coves! The boat is functional, however a little old, poorly maintained (algae under the hull, fairly old paint, worn upholstery) and cleaning was done quickly (still cigarette butts in parts of the boat). But when you are in good company in such a magnificent place you immediately forget these little details...

Perfect boat day!

We have spent a wonderful afternoon on Francisco's boat. Raul our skipper has been very kind and was willing to answer all our questions. Francisco for his part was also aware of us. We will certainly try it again.

Realy nice experience. The boat is perfect for a little family, and allows to visit some nice places around sant Antoni. Francisco is serious and available. He will give you some tips to go to the nicest places.

Francisco is a fantastic person and super helpful, being a local, we let ourselves be guided and he took us to some beautiful beaches. the boat is fast and well maintained nothing to report. Approved!

Because of the bad weather we could only sail a day later as booked. But that was no problem at all. The contact with Francisco was very good and he was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the anker was stuck when we wanted to sail back towards San Antoni. After we tried to loosen it there was no other option then to cut the rope. Francisco deducted the costs of replacement from the deposit and did not charge us a ridiculous amount. We had a great day and if we want to rent a boat in Ibiza again we will definitely think about renting it from Francisco.

We rented the boat, met the owner and when we got to the port we boarded with him so he could explain the basics to us. At one point he asks me what my qualification is and we realize that I have made a mistake since I can only take boats up to 6 meters in length and this one was a little over 6. From this moment everything was an odyssey. The owner kindly offered us another 6-meter boat as a solution. It seemed like a good solution, but the problem is that this other boat did not have an awning (it was being repaired) and spending 9 hours in the sun could be deadly. We wasted more than two hours circling the problem in search of an alternative, since the management on their part was not agile at all, and although they proposed things in good faith, they did not make much sense. Finally we decided to go out without an awning even if it was for a while. At this time, he asks us for a €700 deposit and says that it has to be in cash (he had not previously notified us of this). We tell him that we do not carry that amount with us and that whenever we have rented boats we have made the payment by card. He also does not accept bizum and gets angry with us for not taking it in cash. Finally, he offers us to come back the next day when the awning of the boat will be ready and so we can get money from the bank for the deposit. We accepted that by repeatedly reminding him that we had contracted a donut for which we had paid an extra €100 and that we never saw on the boat. The next day when we arrive, he tells us that the awning has been poorly welded and that we can't use it, so we have to agree to go out without the awning and burn ourselves. He says that he does not have the donut and that he returns the €100 to us via bizum. We paid the deposit and went out to sea without signing any contract. Nor does he ask us for the title at any time, nor does he give us a receipt of the deposit. The state of the boat is not good, it is neglected and dirty, the radio does not work and the appearance is not the best. The boat we initially took seemed in a similar condition (in fact, he even told us that the second one was much better). We arrive at the nearest cove, we are there for a couple of hours and when we go to move the boat does not start. We call the owner and wait for him to come pick us up. Once it arrives, it touches something in the engine area and gets it to start, but fed up and dying of heat we decide to put an end to an experience to forget, so we return to the port and leave the boat hours ahead of schedule, receiving the deposit back. He did not charge us for gasoline, although the tank was practically full.

Great time, would definitely rent again!

The Boat had a breakdown the day before and we could not test this boat. But he found us a solution and he could leave us another boat.

It was a successful day, especially the communication was really commendable!
