The client returned the boat to the same state that he received it, whe was careful during his operation and we have to acknowledge that. But we as the owner offered him a replacement boat due to an unforeseen event that made his original boat not available. We tried to find a last minute, optimal, solution for him not to totally lose his experience. Despite that fact, he proceeded without any remark and followed his full day trip with the replacement boat. He did not communicate any of his disatisfaction beforehand. At the end of the trip he dropped a very low review and info and bad comments that were not aligning with his actual communication before the trip.

I am renting often boats but this one , affirmed by my daughter, was the best. The boat was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The trip left us with much flexibility depending on time and what we wanted. Misha and Gianni were splendid hosts - surprising us with Aperol Spritz and focaccia before sunset. I would recommend them to all sea lovers.

Super séjour familial avec Bertrand qui a initié les jeunes et moins jeunes à la voile , un capitaine très pédagogue au petit soin pour que tout le monde soient heureux : des enfants ravis de prendre la barre ou hisser la grand voile . Bateau confortable qui file au vent à la moindre petite brise , jolis mouillages ..une petite croisière de rêve . Merci Bertrand .

We had an amazing time. the boat is exactly as advertised. very comfortable and spacious. the skipper was unbelievable, he went out of his way to make every detail enjoyable. would definitely recommend.

Kerry e o seu marido foram clientes muito simpáticos, divertidos e respeitadores. Foi uma agradável surpresa ter este casal encantador a bordo!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit auf dem Hausboot – gemeinsam mit unserem Hund. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, offen und bei Fragen jederzeit gut erreichbar. Die Seen und Kanäle sind traumhaft und laden zum Entspannen ein. Dank der Solaranlage war Tag und Nacht ausreichend Strom vorhanden. Verbesserungspotenzial gibt es bei der Toilette, die sehr niedrig ist. Das Schlafsofa ist recht kurz und für längere Nächte eher unbequem. Die Anlegestellen in der NaviShip-App waren teilweise veraltet, was die Navigation etwas erschwert hat – dafür kann der Vermieter allerdings nichts. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub und können das Hausboot, auch für einen Urlaub mit Hund, weiterempfehlen.

Today we traveled to the northern part of the island with Thomas and his friends ! They were very kind and smiling people during the trip! We spent beautiful moments with them and that made us have a wonderful time. We were delighted to meet them and to be chosen by them. Thank you very much for everything.
