    The worst experience ever! Capitan was not well qualified and did NOT feel good based on health conditions per skipper confirmation. She tried 4th times to anchor the boat and did not make it until the 5th time. We got scared of this type professionalism that put out life into danger . After a while that we stayed anchored ,she went to sleep into the cabin. Quote "I not feeling well,but if you need me please knock on the door" What type of capitan leave the crew unsupervised and unsafe. I requested a refund, but they said yeah they can not provide it. So,disappointed of my experience, I was expected to have a good time, but not a life treating.

    Alexander was fantastic from start to finish, we had the pleasure of Alex as our captain. He knew where to take us and we all had a fantastic day. Also, Kasia who organised everything was fantastic too

    Receiver was late himself.. We were only allowed to use toilet paper that was indicated to us to prevent unblocking, when we returned we were told that the toilet was blocked and that 150 of our deposit was retained. Bad service, not recommended!!

    Alexander was a lovely captain and made my group feel very welcome. We had a smooth boat ride with Alex doubling as a tour guide educating us about Altea hills and its surroundings. We also enjoyed swimming in the sea and watching the sunset. Highly recommended and would gladly sail again with Alex.

    Wow - what a great time enjoying and exploring the shores of our beloved Spain. We were warmly greeted at the boat by both the owner and the captain. From there everything was “plain sailing”. We visited multiple spots for snorkeling, swimming, food and drinks. The captain was knowledgeable and “invisible”. We were 7 adults & 2 kids and had a lot of comfort to enjoy the boat and never felt crowded. We will absolutely come back again!!

    We had a boat booked in altea originally but due to maintenance it was cancelled 3 weeks before trip. Having found Click&Boat site I soon came across Alexander’s boat. From the original message to a few last minute requests/questions from me everything was answered honestly & very quickly. The skipper Gino was excellent with sorting our needs for the day. Kasia met us in the marina & sorted all paperwork /payments & deposits very quickly to get under way. Would highly reccomend using this boat/company.

Alexander and Kasia were really fast answering my questions and very kind when we had to change the dates due to strikes on German airports back in April!     Very good communication with the owner since the very beginning. Very cool, supportive and skilful skipper. Nice boat! And, most important, crazily upgraded (exhaust is just insane!) jet-ski which can be rented separately but it's a complete must! It made our day on board and everybody had so much fun! Thanks once again for Kasia, Alexander and Oliwier! Hope to see you next summer again!
