About the experience

This is a private, bareboat charter for a period of 4 hours (7:00 PM–11:00 PM), without any accompanying services or organized excursions.

The charterer is responsible for piloting the vessel. If they do not possess the required qualifications, they must, for safety reasons, hire a professional, independent skipper.

The charterer chooses and pays their skipper directly, without any involvement from the owner in the service or billing. A list of contacts can be provided for informational purposes only.

Indicative market rate: approximately €200/day (payable directly to the skipper).

The suggested itinerary in the advertisement is for guidance only, taking into account the charter duration, the boat's speed, points of interest, and the navigation category. The itinerary remains under the control and responsibility of the skipper.

To compensate for the technical impossibility of accurately measuring fuel consumption over short periods and to avoid the logistical constraints of refueling upon return, the rental includes a fixed technical package covering consumables (fuel, gas, fluids), calculated on a flat-rate basis and included in the rental price.

A 12m (50ft) houseboat offering excellent comfort. Ready to sail, equipped with comprehensive technical equipment and up-to-date, certified safety gear for coastal navigation.

3 double cabins
3 toilets, 2 with showers
Fully equipped galley
Teak cockpit with table, cushions, and sun awning
Swimming platform with hot/cold shower
Recreational equipment available on board (snorkeling gear, 2 paddleboards)

Conditions

The renter provides their own food, drinks, towels, and personal belongings. The cabin and cockpit are strictly non-smoking.
The entire boat is at the renter's disposal for the evening, provided that the equipment and supplies on board are used with care and respect.
