    Fernando great at communications, interestingly no towels not included however he accommodated and sorted lunch so 5* The boat however was nothing like the photos. Our skipper was also in shock as to the state of it, and no Bimini for shade. Have some sympathy as the previous charter had wrecked it. It worked but wasn’t pretty. List of faults: Anchor didn’t fit windlass Bimini in pieces Tender in pieces Tender pump broken Front of boat no Gelcoat and smashed by old anchor? Back stay loose (oil leak in ram?) Stanchion bent on starboard side Outside speakers not working. Boat lost drive coming into Marina? Bow thruster not working then on all the time, no cover on switch? Hull looked like it had been smashed up in a marina? Fernando was excellent, skipper excellent all be it was a good job I know what I’m doing. Would I have taken guests on it, no.

The support during the trip was constant, present whenever we needed it and very professional. We had a small problem with the dingy which was resolved quickly and professionally. The boat is spectacular, new, fast to sail (7 to 8 knots of speed with 13 knots of wind), easy to maneuver, low fuel consumption, excellent maintenance, generous areas (we were 4 adults and 4 children), with everything What it takes to have a spectacular vacation... We were positively surprised by the cleanliness of the boat upon arrival, the details and quality of the bed linen and bath towels and the agility and help of the cleaning team who were still on the boat when we left our bags and food on the ship's side. morning.
