    We spent a pleasant day on the yacht, unfortunately it turns out that the wind in malta is not reliable, so we motored the whole day. Visited one bay as all the others in the area are very crowed with tourist boats. The snorkel gear provided was not usable, so snorkelling was not possible. SUP was OK.

    Spending the day with Pio on his boat was fantastic. He was a great host. Seeing Malta from the sea was a great way to see the coast and sights such as the Blue Lagoon. The sea state was a little choppy which affected a couple of us, but Pio kindly looked for the best routes. Wholly recommend Pio and Storm.

    An unmissable experience in Malta! We were very lucky to book a charter with Pio during our week in Malta. It was such an unforgettable experience which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something a bit different. Pio took us to many of the hotspots as well as a few places off the beaten track, we even managed to have a swim in some of the turquoise waters which we really enjoyed. We couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming, knowledgable host than Pio. He was able to tell us a lot of stories about the island as as well as Gozo and Comino, both of which we sailed past during our charter. The boat itself was impeccable clean and well maintained with a spacious area to lounge while you watch the waves. There’s also a kitchen and bathroom which were handy for our 8-hour day. A big thank you to Pio for making our trip to Malta even better!

    Right from the booking to the sailing day, Pio was very reliable with high level communication. Coming to Malta for the first time and hoping to surprise my partner with this experience , Pio made our stay & my partner’s birthday forever a memorable experience. Even going beyond my expectations to offer nibbles and a bottle of wine to mark this special occasion. It was not only refreshing and cosy but we also felt welcomed all the time. We spent a whole day with Pio and he kindly took us to see the Blue Lagoon near Comino where we stayed for a bit and enjoyed some pleasant time together. Pio is very easy to talk to and we had a good laugh together. Pio showed us many beautiful spots and commented on the history of the islands. He was also very respectful when we wanted to chat just me and my partner. Pio really made this experience special and I’m happy he’ll be part of my birthday memories (my partner’s remarks). Everything is as it is shown in the pictures and the Bavaria boat(storm 2 - code name I learned Pio use) is in excellent condition. Looking for that memorable sailing experience with a highly capable captain, Pio is your go to guy. Great customer service speaks for itself, but when the service is naturally delivered from the heart , words will never suffice. Thank you Pio. Highly recommend!!!

However, we were unhappy with the sites visited on the tour. After an initial conversation in which we were informed that we would visit the island of Comino (as Gozo was far away), we stopped at beaches that were not what we were looking for: built-up, with many boats and easily accessible on foot. We show our interest again, but we end up visiting only crystal lagoon and another unknown and not so beautiful. In short, we did not visit Comino and we wasted time in places that did not contribute much. For all this and to enjoy the day on the boat and what Malta offers, we recommend confirming what you are going to visit before making the reservation and leaving the established route. As we have seen, going around the island of Comino would be the best.

    Had the most wonderful time on our day boat trip. We were welcomed by Pio who showed us the boat and introduced us to the skipper Kenneth. Both Pio and Kenneth were very welcoming and attentive.     Pio is a great skipper and a very nice guy who gave us the opportunity to visit several beautiful spots in Malta. He’s a great cook too who made delicious pasta for us :-) The only small inconvenience was the back seats canopy that couldn’t be removed because of the mounted solar panels on top.     We had a great time with Pio. He's an excellent skipper and personable, knowledgeable and easy to chat to. He made my daughter feel very welcome and had floats and a lifejacket available when she wanted to go in the water. Pio took us to more remote locations than the Blue Lagoon, which allowed us to gain a better experience in the water without numerous boats and jet skis flying past. We had a lovely lunch and another break together around two swimming sessions. The boat is lovely and spacious - perfect for any group between 3 and say 7/8 people. We had a great, relaxing day and I cannot recommend Pio highly enough. Superb!
