    We feel completely deceived by this charter experience. We booked a boat for 11:00–19:00 with specific services, inclusions, and a promised vessel. After paying around 16:00, we were only informed at 20:30 that the schedule we had paid for could not be honored. It was presented as an “upgrade” to enjoy the sunset but in reality, they simply could not provide the service we had booked. When I refused and asked for a refund (around 21:30), at 22:30 they offered us a “bigger boat” as another supposed upgrade. In reality, the boat we received was in very poor condition, dirty, and not what was advertised. The crew member was unprofessional (even smoking on board while children were present), did not know the itinerary, and often anchored far from the beaches, making swimming unsafe. He did not warn us before accelerating, which caused our towels and a child’s float to fly into the sea — one towel even got stuck in the engine. As for the promised inclusions, instead of fruits, snacks, sandwiches, and drinks, we only received three sandwiches cut in half for four people, with not even napkins provided. This was sold as a premium experience, but it was misrepresented from the beginning, overpriced, and delivered at a very poor standard. What should have been the highlight of our holiday turned into a frustrating and disappointing day. I would strongly caution others before booking.
