We had the privilege of enjoying this boat all to ourselves, guided by Kostas - a skipper who is incredibly knowledgeable about the origins of Santorini’s caldera. Thanks to the kind of boat, we were able to approach the dramatic landscapes up close and had plenty of opportunities for swimming and snorkelling in crystal-clear waters. What made it extra special was the feeling that we had the crater entirely to ourselves – a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of Santorini. A perfect mix of discovery, relaxation, and pure beauty. Highly recommended!

Kostas was an incredible driver/host. We can not recommend this enough. He provided towels, snorkeling gear, snacks and drinks throughout the tour. Not only does he know the best spots around the island he is very knowledgeable about the history of the island and shares fun facts throughout the tour. We had our kids (8 and 10) with us and he made sure they felt comfortable and had a blast. Truly a highlight of our trip.

Book with Kostas, a lovely captain and guide who not only knows where to go for the best sights, swimming and snorkelling but is happy to customise the experience for you. His knowledge of the island was wonderful and his personality calm and confident. The boat was comfortable with plenty of seating a lounging space either in the shade or sun. I'd recommend a private tour with Kostas much more than a group tour on one of the many catamarans sailing about Santorini. We were so much faster allowing us to see more, get in closer to things and do it all at our pace. Thank you Kostas for a brilliant day

If you are struggling to decide which boat to rent in Santorini, look no further. We were very lucky to find Kostas for our boat trip, celebrating our 3 year anniversary and couldn’t have been more happy. The boat size is suitable for 2-6 people, I would say 4 is the ideal number. The captain, Hector, is a fantastic tour guide, with plentiful knowledge of the history of the island, and is willing to help you with all activities. He really made the entire experience completely stress free. He knows all the best spots and importantly, also which popular spots to avoid and will be over crowded. The boat comes with all the accessories you would need, from snorkelling and fishing equipment to snacks and cold refreshments. We were impressed by the amount of choice we had. The cherry on top of the whole experience was when Hector helped us catch a fish while spearfishing. He then organised for a lovely family run tavern (Lava’s Tavern - which we would also highly recommend) to cook our freshly caught fish for us. Couldn’t recommend this for a day of your Santorini holiday more!
