    no outdoor shower, the boat company advertised based in Palau but actually located in Porto Pozzo. Boat was very clean, recent, and seemed well maintained. The company should have mentioned the €10.00 extra fee to enter the maddalena park.

    They charged us 300€ extra for an arrangement that we did not damage, which we do not know if it was from before or not, because they did not take a photo beforehand. I recommend taking photos before starting and especially at the foot of the propeller WHICH THEY DO NOT SHOW YOU, but then they charge you for the damage. They also did not tell us which beach we could not get off at and we ended up having problems due to lack of communication and information. They gave us a dinghy with a super small engine for the number of people we were and we ended up using a lot more gas because of the force used and they also did not show us the amount of gas we consumed or how much they refilled. And to top off the shitty experience, they charged us a 1000€ deposit that they do not allow you to do in cash and on top of that they refund the money after 48 hours and you are not allowed to pay for the gas by card. I do not recommend renting the dinghy with these people at all, and I would like someone to take action on the matter to resolve this problem.

    I write this review as a warning to others, sorry for the long story. We rented a boat to sail the madalena islands. Beforehand we made inquiry about the range and fuel, we where told it was all good, no problem. We moved forward with great expectations. On the day itself Fabrizio gave us a brief instruction on the boat and a a must see route, the boat was quite new and looked nice. The first hours of the trip went without problems and we enjoyed it very much. The fuel meter said full, we had a nice sunny day. So we sailed on to the next islands. But then the motor started to have fallouts. After a few fallouts we decide to go for anchor and contact the owner. We could not find any visible problem, and with having trouble staying in place with the anvhor being too light for the vessel we decided to return to port 3 hours early. But just minutes on open water the motor stopped not to start again. We spend 75 minutes on open water, without steering, between passings vessels more expensive then my house and quite some heavy waves. I've sailed a lot when I was younger, so I'm not scared easily but it was a scary and dangerous situation, not to be taking lightly. Fabrizio send for a boat to bring us back. Back in port the boat was inspected, but it felt like this was a normal situation for them. One pf the collegues told me that the fuel meter was not connected to the fuel reserve. So thats why it said full the whole trip. But we should not have sailed so far. It was our own fault. They send us out on a boat without a working fuel meter, fuel for only 3 a 4 hours instead of the 8 hours booked. Had no empathy or apology when we came back and had us pay the full price + gas. All I can say is, IF you choose to rent here, be warned. Make sure everything is in order before your leave.

    *****5 Stars***** The boat we rented was in perfect condition. We felt safe using it. We visited various Calas in the Madalena Archipielago and it was amazing. Communication with Fabrizio was awesome, he was very responsive and he replied to all our questions in timely manner, he also explained the boat and recommended various places to visit. Federica was very friendly and attentive, she welcomed us and help us with the contract and all other paperwork needed to rent to the boat. Overall, they have a great team and good variety of boats. I will definitely come back to Sardegna and rent from them again. They made our vacation unforgettable. Thank You!
