    Disappointed. After booking and paying for a specific boat, the owner messaged me on WhatsApp (not through the app) saying it was unavailable and gave me an older, worse boat. She refused to update the booking to avoid me declining without paying big cancellation fees. The only positive was the man at the boat — very kind, respectful, and helpful.

    Booking via the app was easy. When we arrived at the harbor, we weren't sure where we needed to go. They told us a place, but it wasn't immediately obvious if you weren't familiar with the area. Someone was waiting for us there and took us to the boat. When I saw the boat, I was surprised at how poorly maintained it was. There was a short five-minute briefing, during which they also explained that we were only allowed to stay in a certain area. Unfortunately, this wasn't communicated at all beforehand. We wanted to see beaches and bays, but we weren't allowed to go there. So the four hours turned into just three. I'd give the boat a five. And then yesterday I received a WhatsApp message saying I should bring €40 to fill up the tank. After we returned the boat, they also demanded the €40 from us, even though, after looking at the tank, we had only used 8 liters. When we wanted to dock, another employee from the harbor helped us. I then called the rental company, and he still demanded the €40, saying I'd received a message yesterday. I then paid it in cash without receiving a receipt. He promised to send me a receipt via WhatsApp, but I haven't received it yet. The fact that I had to pay €40 for the fuel fill-up wasn't mentioned anywhere. Neither on the rental agreement nor beforehand on the app. In my opinion, that's a rip-off. The best thing about the whole morning was seeing a small part of Zakynthos' beautiful coastline.

    Dealing with Elli was straight forward and very easy she made the whole booking of the bait go very smoothly. Also can’t thank the staff at the marina enough they were very helpful - after a quick 10 minute demonstration of how to use the boat me and my girlfriend sailed off and had a great time. Would highly recommend!

    Wow zakynthos, our first time here, but definitly not the last Worth every penny. We had such a good time on the boat, and saw many fantastic views. Huge thanks to our captain lazarus, for the transfer from our hotel, and just being a super captain/guide. He was very welcoming and we had some good conversations about anything and everything, which made the whole experience a lot better.     Whenever we come to Zakynthos, we rent a boat from Elli and it has always been great! They will send someone to meet you at the pier, the guy explaining the boat is super friendly & if you need anything while being at sea, they will assist you. Only note, you have to pay for the gas after returning the boat (about 40€) so you should bring cash.

He was really nice and told us where we could go with the boat. We went to Cameo Island, Turtle Island and Myzithres. All by all, an amazing experience.

    We rented two boats from the owner. One of the boats had problems with the engine (it would not always start and it would cut off during travel) and the other would loose power and you would have to restart. The boats are much more beat up than shown in the pictures too. All in all not the greatest but it was fun. The listing shows that maps, GPS, USB sockets are availbla...they weren't.

Unfortunately, the boat was not moored in Laganas Bay (as the advertisement indicated) but in Agios Sostis harbor (evidenced by the exact location that we received along the way), which was a longer than expected walk for our family from Kalamaki. Elli was flexible about that. Fridge, USB: we didn't get any explanation about it, but we didn't miss it either. Fuel level was 'checked' but is approximately €40.     Elli provided top service. Her employee gave us quick training how to sail the boat as we never done it before and it was enough for us to have a great time and be safe. Standard is 4h but I strongly recommend to extend it to at least 6h, as it was such a great experience that time was going very quick. Elli staff gave us tips where to see turtles 🐢 and very quick we see 3 of them. Price is great, boat is great, everything is great. In my opinion renting a boat on zakynthos island is a must, and Elli boat is a great choice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I give 6 stars. Thank you very much Elli.

    We had an amazing day and were lucky enough to see some turtles! We also went to Turtle Island and made a stop to swim. Quick communication through whatsapp & the instructions of the boat use was good. The only thing was the gas price. We’ve paid €40,- after we came back but didn’t knew the price before. We had three stops so we didn’t sail that much. We find €40,- quite alot.

    Communication with Elli was great from initial enquiry through to arrival. The price was good but unfortunately the experience didn’t go as planned. High winds the day before meant we rescheduled for the following day but had to move our original 10.00 start to 14.00 as there was another booking. This was fine but when we arrived the boat was stranded at sea. After 40 minutes waiting (and Dennis recovering the boat) we were told there were engine issues but they were resolved. We started rental and unfortunately after turning the engine off could not start it for 10 minutes. This happened again and on the third time failed completely. I messaged Elli and they sent someone out who got the engine working after 15 minutes (hitting the electrics with an empty wine bottle) and asked us to meet Dennis to exchange the boat. We met and Dennis offered us to stay with the original boat as he knew what was wrong or change boats. We opted to change boats but the new boat had blood on the side and seated area. We told Dennis we would cut our losses and just return the boat to shore. He tried to assure us it was water melon (!). We appreciated efforts to repair the boat and the fact there was limited time to clean the boats between rentals. We also appreciate engines do fail occasionally. However, other than have you hired a boat before and here’s a quick map of the area there was no safety briefing or number provided for emergency. I had to liaise via WhatsApp when we broke down which was far from ideal. I do believe this was a bad day for Dennis but would have preferred to have cancelled than be rented a boat with mechanical issues.

    We booked the boat for 4 hours beforehand but the night before I sent a text asking to extend for an hour longer. this was no issue at all and we had a great experience. we got to see a large part of southern zakynthos and went around turtle island. we jumped off a few times for a swim. on the way back we fortunately got to see a turtle in the open sea and it made the trip complete. very helpful and nice staff. I highly recommend!

    Managed to get the boat for 5 hours and had a great time! We got a lesson and safety tips before the trip and then we were allowed to explore the waters. They also checked in with us once in a while which makes a really good impression. Definitely recommend!

    Today we sailed for 4 hours with the Poseidon motorboat from provider Elli in Zakhyntos. The contact was very friendly and Dennis took care of me on the spot.     Renting a boat last minute was a breeze. Their prompt response and same-day arrangement saved the day The personalized offer tailored to our short-term needs made the rental a great value. Although we declined the skipper, their willingnesss to provide detailed instructions on boat handling was appreciated. Cooler box and Speakers included which was perfect for enjoyment!
