FULL-HALF DAY YACHT CRUISE THEODOROU - LAZARETA ISLAND Destination: Theodorou and Lazareta islands Boat Location: Chania Venetian harbour Our journey to the National Park of Theodorou island starts at 09:00a.m. During the departure from the old harbor, you will pass next to the lighthouse and you will have the opportunity to enjoy the panoramic view of the old town. Sailing west, you approach Theodorou island in only 20 minutes, where you will make the whole round of it. Theodorou Island is a protected area, part of the program Natura 2000, due to the diversity and rarity of plants and animals, a unique minority only found in this small part of the world and its Historical remains. Starting from the south end, you are going to pass close to a giant cave, where you can take professional photos. Just above the cave, is the Venetian castle built in 1537. You will be informed about the history of the castle and the island by a member of the crew. When you will reach the north side of Theodorou, you will see a small island, called Glaronisi. Then, you will enter the wildest part of the island called «black wall». At this point, you will probably see the famous unique Cretan goat «kri kri». The next stop is at the north side of the island, at «rock pile» point. An amazing place with crystal waters, starfish and shells. There, you will have the opportunity to swim or relax at the comfortable sun beds of the yacht while listening the sound of the waves and lounge music. For the active ones, there is a suggestion of snorkeling tour. The last stop of the trip is above the wreck of the German aircraft «Junker 52» of the World War II. Extra stop : Lazareta Island Lazareta, is an uninhabited island close to the northern coast of Crete, It is located near the city of Chania .The beach on the southern side of the island is perfect for snorkeling and swimming. We had an absolutely great day! The weather was perfect and the team was really cool. The lunch was perfect for the hot clima. One point which could be better is that we could have had a longer trip to some lonely bays. We just were close to the port.

It was an incredible experience and I would recommend it to anyone who is in Crete and looking for some time off shore. The only reason I gave 3 stars for waiting time is due to the boat having had a problem with the diesel and we only left the harbour 1.5 hours later than planned. However the team was so kind and generous. They even sponsored us drinks at the restaurant across the street whilst we were waiting. The food was delicious and the drinks ice cold. Just what you need on a hot summers day. Thank you to the entire team - we had a blast! Hope to be back soon.
Wonderful experience. The Boat is really clean, nice looking and instagramable. The staff on board was so nice and provided us with snacks and drinks. Can‘t do anything wrong for this price.

Very beautiful boat, large enough for 9 people (we were 9) and really great lunch. .the skipper and the captain did their job but not much more: qui te no comments, not really warm welcome and back to the harbor 20 minutes before the end. The trip proposed is the same than the one proposed by all glass bottom boats with a lot of people whereas with this type of boat it should have been possible to do a lot more atypical things. A little bit disappointed.

It was a great day on a beautiful Boat. We booked for the whole day and recieved a delicious and abundant lunch of various sandwiches and traditional greek salad. There were more then enough beverages to our disposal. it would have been nice if the crew had told us from the beginning that we had to tell them when we wanted to change location with the boat because we thought they would change location automatically. the rest was lovley and to recommend.

Great boat with good food and drinks but the trip was quite disappointing. Stayed in the same spot for 5 hours then returned to the Harbour

We had the perfect afternoon out on the water. A nice mix of swimming, snorkelling and enjoying the views from the boat, including a beautiful sunset. The complimentary beers and our light meal were lovely too. Yannis our skipper was great - very knowledgeable and happy to chat. He took us to some great spots and even joined in our dive competition of the back of the boat. A very fun afternoon!
40 minutes of drive, 5 hours staying on the same place. It was a nice experience, but it would be great to see more on the Island. Maybe that was because the waves were too strong.
Wow. What a fantastic day. Above and beyond our expectations and Yiannis and Adonis were superb. The boat was amazing and the light lunch was anything but. An amazing day which I would not hesitate to recommend. If you want to see more than the usual Crete, don’t hesitate to book, you really won’t be disappointed.

Everything was very fine. It was a very nice experience. It was a stylish boat which was very big and had a lot of speed. It was accompanied be 2 men (Captain and steward). They were extremely nice and friendly. We got bevererages and at noon even a great Tuna salad accompanied by white wine.
We had the perfect hosts who not only took us to some amazing bays but served a superb fruit platter for elevenses a very lovely lunch. Cigalla is a beautiful boat, she has a perfect balance of shade and sunbathing areas ideal for the hot Crete weather she looks very impressive and delivers all the comforts necessary for a perfect day onboard like having a loo is a nice convenience and private changing areas and as I mentioned before the shade. Highly recommend and I am sure we will book again.
The boat tour was amazing. The crew was so nice and accommodating. They made us a wonderful lunch that had many options. They were always happy to take our pictures or pour us a glass of wine. We ate lunch at a cove that was on our way to our destination and we were the only boat there. It was like we had a private little beach for lunch! We felt like we got really special treatment. The boat was clean and beautiful. It was a great value for what we got. On our tour, we saw other boats that we considered renting from another company and we felt like we went with the best/nicest option in our price range. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to do a tour in the Chania area.

Above and beyond all our expectations! The “light” lunch was anything but. It was home prepared by the captains wove and Michelin Star worthy. And the nice young man who’s name I can’t figure out how to spell (very Greek) couldn’t have been more accommodating. My youngest son is autistic and loves fish. So this sweet heart of a guy took my son snorkeling at each stop “hunting” for different types of fish to see. I think this will go down as one of his best vacation memories ever. We felt extremely safe and learned some cool facts about Crete. And the swimming and views, priceless.
