We were so happy with everything about our boat trip yesterday! The boat itself was beautiful and very comfortable, and our skipper was super friendly and knowledgeable. We didn’t have a fixed plan for the day, so we decided to trust his recommendations and we’re so glad we did! He took us to some hidden gems around the island, including the most picturesque spot for lunch. The whole day had such relaxed, chilled vibes, and we truly felt looked after from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend this experience enough!

Ischia is great to explore by boat and certainly more convenient (the roads are long and windy). We visited Maronti, Poseidon, St Angelo but hope to visit more places around the island by renting a boat for the whole day so you can see more

What a glorious day on the water! Giovanni was a wonderful host and an accomplished captain. Our lunch on the boat was fantastic and fresh from the family’s garden, with ripe tomatoes, basil, grapes, homemade bread, homemade marmalade, tuna, provolone, and salami with a choice of water, prosecco, or spritz. While I speak some Italian, my friend who was with me does not, so Giovanni was kindly assisted by his cousin Antoinetta, who attended school in the US, to act as translator and provide more details of the area. We toured the islands of Ischia and Procida with stops for swims in the Mediterranean and for a delicious cup of fresh gelato with ingredients hand-picked from the gelateria owner’s garden. I highly recommend hiring Giovanni for your private boat tour in the bay of Naples. You will walk away with an appreciation of the islands and a sense of calm that only a day on the incredible blue waters surrounded by nature’s beauty can provide.

Great experience, very professional service. The boat is in a good condition too and the cooler came in handy. The water can be choppy so I would consider getting a bigger boat next time.

Myself and my 5 friends decided spontaneously to do a boat trip around ischia on one of our last days. We spent the day with Filippo and had a wonderful time. I cannot recommend enough! Very good value for money and definitely the highlight of the trip!

An Unforgettable Day on the Water with Giuseppe and His Family
We had the most amazing day exploring the coast of Ischia with Giuseppe and his wonderful family!
From the moment we stepped on board, we felt incredibly welcome and well taken care of. The boat was a little bit older them we expected (since it mentions 2024) but spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.
Giuseppe shared so much interesting information about the island’s history and hidden gems, and took us to the most beautiful spots to swim and snorkel. The crystal-clear water, the peaceful coves, and the stunning cliffs made this experience truly unforgettable.
What made it even more special was the hospitality — the homemade lunch and drinks, and the genuine care they showed for everyone on board.

We had a fabulous time on the boat with amazing snacks and drinks! The crew were very helpful and accommodating when one of our passengers fell unwell and enabled us to dictate stops. An amazing tour!

Filippo was fantastic! Such a lovely person and gave us lots of interesting information on the island. He also took us to some beautiful swimming spots and provided drinks and snacks. This was definitely a highlight during our trip to Ischia.

Filippo was great and very accommodating. He collected us at the marina closest to our hotel, organised lunch over looking the castle, stopped for swimming frequently.
He also volunteered to stay longer (lunch was longer than folks thought).
Great day out and well worth the money.

We had a great time with Filippo. His boat is beautiful, he was very kind and easy to communicate with. He provided snacks and drinks for us which were very good. He was also very good with our kids, letting them drive the boat a little and see fish and seagulls—they loved all of it. We enjoyed getting being out on the water at sunset in a pretty spot.
