Review: Honeymoon in French Polynesia with Jean Marie & Gail We recently celebrated our honeymoon in French Polynesia and chose to charter a boat with Jean Marie and his wife Gail. Their journey alone is inspiring—they sailed all the way from France over two years, and their stories added such richness to our time together. This wasn’t an ultra-luxury trip, but that was exactly what made it so special. We were welcomed into a nomadic lifestyle, with clean, fresh meals and the chance to explore places far less traveled by tourists. The experience felt tailored yet flexible, giving us the freedom to relax while still discovering hidden gems. Highlights included snorkeling that was truly beyond compare—it felt like swimming inside an aquarium, surrounded by vibrant marine life. Evenings were magical, with star-filled skies above us that made every night unforgettable. We absolutely loved our time and would highly recommend this experience to adventurous couples or families looking for a unique way to unwind. It exceeded every expectation and gave us memories we’ll treasure forever.

Everything was as expected..... she is an elderly, much used vessel and this was telling. Were it not for the astonishing skill set of our skipper the breakdowns would have majorly spoilt the trip. Our skipper repaired the main sail which had 3 different faults including a ripped reefing cringle. He re sheeted the reefing lines to enable us to achieve 2nd reef. He replaced the AC compressor with a new one he sourced and collected by taxi. Most heroically, he was roused every 3 to 4 hours at night when the generator (running the AC) stopped due to air entering the fuel line. He bled the line at night and restarted the genny. So I would conclude that Captain Shaun really saved our vacation and polished the turd to make it gleam....

¡Lo recomiendo a quienes quieran vivir una experiencia inolvidable! Claire y Max son muy amables, acogedores y flexibles con lo que queríamos ver y experimentar. Con gusto volveríamos en su velero para repetir el fin de semana con ellos en San Blas.

Marius et miladie ainsi que leurs enfants ont était adorable. Tout s’est très bien passé c’était un très bon séjour et une belle rencontre.

This was my first trip to San Blas, and from the moment I opened Click&Boat and read the reviews about sailing with Michail, I knew he was the person we wanted to discover San Blas with. He exceeded every expectation. Over three unforgettable days, Michail made sure we truly experienced everything San Blas has to offer. Every day brought a new island and a different adventure: fishing on the reefs, visiting islands with Guna Yala local guides, seeing a “disappearing” island, enjoying a meal at Perla de San Blas, swimming with sharks, spotting dolphins, and soaking in the beauty of the archipelago. And the food on board the catamaran was exceptional—honestly beyond anything I imagined. Fresh lobster, crab, and fish (caught the same day), all prepared with Michail’s incredible sauces and sides. Every meal felt like a special occasion. Thank you so much, Misha. This was a truly unforgettable experience, and I can’t wait for the next trip!

A great experience and relaxing holiday. Achim and Elena are nice and competent, open to personal needs and requests. The boat is very well maintained and comfortable. Recommended!

Super location du petit Pastoufly ! Agréablement surpris par son comportement en mer, même avec un peu de mer/de vent ! Bateau bien entretenu et qui ne fait pas son âge. Un accueil par le père de Detelina parfait, grande gentillesse et bonnes explications, la prise en main n'en était que plus simple !
