About the experience
One of the most sought-after private experiences on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast is a yacht voyage to Suluada, often described as the “Turkish Maldives”. This is not a crowded excursion boat, but an elegant and unhurried day at sea — no loud music, no busy decks — simply space, privacy and discreet, professional service throughout. It is far more than a yacht charter; it is a carefully curated escape into nature, created for guests who value comfort, tranquillity and understated luxury.
Your day begins at 10:00 am from Antalya Marina. As we cruise southwest along the coast, the dramatic Taurus Mountains rise from the sea and the untouched shoreline stretches towards Olympos. The pace is relaxed and refined, allowing you to settle into the rhythm of the Mediterranean — perhaps enjoying a chilled drink on deck as the coastline unfolds.
Upon arrival at Suluada, it becomes immediately clear why the island has earned its reputation. The water is remarkably clear, shimmering in shades of turquoise and sapphire, the sand is pale and soft, and the surrounding landscape remains beautifully unspoilt. A rare freshwater spring flows directly from the rocks into the sea, giving Suluada its name — “Water Island”. We will also visit the atmospheric Love Cave, an intimate and tranquil setting ideal for swimming in crystalline waters or simply enjoying the stillness of the surroundings.
After Suluada, we continue towards the bay of ancient Olympos, whose four-kilometre beach is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the region, framed by forested hills and clear, calm waters. En route, we will anchor in either Sazak Bay, wonderfully secluded and untouched, or Porto Genoese Bay, renowned for its deep blue waters and dramatic natural setting. These sheltered coves are perfect for swimming and snorkelling in complete privacy, and a freshly prepared lunch will be served on board, enjoyed against the backdrop of the Mediterranean.
On our return towards Antalya, we continue exploring quieter corners of the coastline, including Three Islands, where the sea takes on an extraordinary turquoise hue, and Cleopatra Bay, named after the rock formation said to resemble Queen Cleopatra’s profile. In the late afternoon, we pause in a peaceful bay for dinner, allowing you to savour the final hours at sea as the light softens and the coastline glows in the evening sun. We return to Antalya at approximately 8:00 pm, concluding a refined and memorable day designed for guests who appreciate privacy, impeccable service and the timeless beauty of the Mediterranean.
