    We had a nice experience overall, but there are a few things in the initial communication that could be improved: • Some details were not fully clear from the beginning. • It took a bit of time to fully understand the process and what was included. • The check-in time was at 19:30, which means the first day is mostly spent in port rather than sailing. • An earlier check-in is possible, but it comes with an additional cost of €700–€1200, which we found a bit high. That being said, the crew truly made the trip special. Matteo (captain) and Alessandro (steward) were amazing – professional, friendly, and full of positive energy. They brought us to stunning beaches, explored with us using the smaller boat, and gave us a real Italian vibe on board. Their support and hospitality completely changed our first impression and made the journey unforgettable. One morning we had bad weather, but at our request the crew quickly found a sheltered spot without wind, and when we arrived, the sun was shining. This really showed their client-oriented approach, as otherwise we would have just been stuck in port. Overall, while there is room for improvement in the communication and check-in policy, the crew made our experience memorable and highly enjoyable

    My friends and I had a spectacular day boating around the Northeast coast of Sardinia. Communication with Alessandro was straight forward and easy. The boat was even better in person - 45 foot with 4 bedrooms below, and it was in pristine condition with plenty of room to lounge and lay under the sun. The highlight, though, was our Skipper Matteo and his crew. These guys were awesome. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We visited four beautiful bays/beaches with perfect water. Spent half the day swimming in the ocean, and the other half enjoying the sea. We also added lunch as part of our package - delicious. If possible, ask Alessandro if Matteo can be your skipper. Thanks, Matteo! You guys were awesome.

    There was no good communication from the morning, always ask for the skipper's phone number the day before, we had to wait 30 minutes in the parking lot, because no one was present when we arrived, and we were not sent the skipper's phone number. The captain did not want to recover the lost time, not even 1 more minute to take the last swim. (Since he told us that it was controlled by GPS) Compared to the previous year we had a bad experience with the crew. If you decide to bring your own food and drinks, remember that you are not given anything (like forks glasses or anything else) Too much rigidity for everything ... Mostly 4 on board the crew! We felt controlled in every step we took.. I do not understand why) We had to be careful about everything! We could not enter the boat even during navigation. Stay quiet and good at the stern without moving! With threats from the commander joking that he would leave us there in the water if by chance a glass bottle broke (a very rare thing but certainly not very funny jokes) Rating for this year's trip 0!!!!! We are very sorry to have ended the relationship with this company with which we had a great time last year.

    Review: Overall was amazing, but a few points that need to be communicated before booking and were not informed: 1.⁠ ⁠Price for sleeping / overnight at Maddalena port was a surprise, way more expensive than communicated. 2.⁠ ⁠⁠the marina closing time was also a surprise: 19hrs??? Cannot dock after 19? We were never able to watch the sunset (around 8:50)from the sea. And we were not able to sleep anywhere that is not a port, which kills a bit the experience. 3.⁠ ⁠the boat cannot navigate during the night? This was not informed before. 4.⁠ ⁠the boat was supposed to have fan and there was no fan in the boat. The skipper and the assistant were great.

    We had an amazing experience it Manoel and Tommy. Great people and so fun. Perfect service from the boys. I’m not sure whose problem is but it’s not clear for a person that is renting a boat for the first time; that the gasoline is not included. It makes it seem that is included and in the end of the trip I got charged by the company. It’s just not mentioned and I think it should be, or in the website or by the manager that arranges the boat. Also the hours of the rental are very tricky, pay attention to the hours before booking it if it’s your first time and you don’t really know how it goes. Overall the experience was amazing.

    Alessandro was very good at communicating and answering all my questions before booking. We had a fantastic day on your beautiful and clean catamaran. Lorenzo, our young skipper, was very attentive, professional and accommodating. He made sure our big group of 17 was comfortable and had a great time. Great value. Definitely recommend Alessandro and Lorenzo! We will be back!

    Lorenzo and Giovanni were accommodating but not very hospitality oriented. We had to ask for drinks instead of them offering them. We had to ask them about lunch instead of them asking us for timing of it beforehand. They weren't at the ladder to collect fins and goggles as we were getting back on the boat. We had to turn on the fresh water spray ourselves. They are young so may learn over time. I also had a some whatsapp messages with the organizer beforehand saying NO to sheep cheese but that was overlooked and they still brought sheep cheese. Otherwise, the boat was very clean and wonderfully maintained. There was some push back on location choices but it may have been due to weather.

    We really liked the skipper and steward..the boat is very nice as well. The boat can not store much hot water, so we needed to wait some time before taking a shower, which had to be quick. Gasoline is excluded from the price.
