    Great rental and boating experience through this platform and Baru Luxury agency. From start to finish, I had great communication from the platform with quick response time and throughout the whole rental process with the customer service agent from Baru Luxury. I noticed everyone uses Whatsapp in Colombia and Mary Carmen from Baru Luxury messaged me right away via Whatsapp once I booked through Click&Boat. Mary Carmen and I exchanged many messages on the itinerary and my preferences because I didn't want a "tourist-trap" route. I wanted the option to switch around on our own time and go somewhere else if my group didn't like a certain place; totally customizable. Mary Carmen always answered all of my questions in detail and was reassuring when I panicked about last minute weather updates. =) I cannot speak highly enough of Mary Carmen! Our day ended up being perfect and sunny while we toured the Rosario Islands. Our itinerary met all expectations and my group very much enjoyed each stop we made. We made stops for swimming, snorkeling, a "drive-by" of Cholon and had lunch at the very nicely appointed PAUE Beach Lounge, where there's actual sand on the beach. The crew, Captain Luis and his first mate Gustavo, were friendly and attentive. A few of us spoke Spanish so that helped our excursion go smoothly. The boat was as pictured-- clean, new, beautiful and powerful! Plenty of space for our group of 9. I wanted a larger boat to have enough lounge space and to reassure some of the group who could get motion sickness. The Bluetooth speakers were great, along with the provided float-y noodles/snorkel gear and giant ice filled cooler. The cooler they had came with 20kg of ice and perfect for all of our drinks we brought. This was a highlight of our trip to Cartagena and I'm so happy Baru Luxury delivered such an amazing experience with just a click of a Click&Boat button! Highly recommend and hope to return some day.
