This man is a FRAUD!!! A few hours before our departure he contacts me offering another boat at a different time than my original booking. When I refused he said that the boat I originally booked was broken and that I must pay more money to get on another boat! Again, after I refused I said I want the same luxurious boat I booked, he sends me pictures of another boat that looked nothing like the original I booked, he insisted it was same size but I couldn’t care about size, I cared about comfort and it was lacking! To cut the story short, after a delay at being stood in the sun at the harbour gate, he sends someone to pick us up and sends us at the less luxurious boat I which I had refused, then after more waiting around (with 2 elderly people which this man was aware of) we’re sent at a similar boat but it was sooooo filthy I can not explain. The towels were disgusting we had to take off our clothes and sit on them. Also, I ordered a fruit platter from this man, he sends me a picture of what I was paying for, what he brought on the boat was nothing like the pic. After I refused the salad, he instructed staff not to leave the harbour unless I paid…now you can all imagine how this trip went! I must report this man’s behaviour to the authorities here in Dubai as these practices ruin the experience of tourists and residents alike! AVOID!!!
