    I feel that the boat and experience was misrepresented. Captain Rizvan seems like a nice enough guy but zero English and not the level of customer service training I would expect for €1000+ The boat was advertised as having a cabin but this was clearly not available to us and was being used by the owner / crew to sleep in. The overall feel of the boat is old and cheap and the covers on the sun beds did not look clean. There were no towels supplied so we had to return to our hotel to pick them up. Snorkelling equipment was advertised but one of the masks and snorkels was a cheap kids toy version and the other a full face one that is actually dangerous to use. The overall experience felt disappointing and I would not recommend booking one of Hakan’s boats for this reason. I feel sad to be so negative as I believe Captain Rizvan to be a gentle honest man but perhaps unsuited and most of all the boat unsuited to this level of rental.
