Very good and fast communication with Marcos through the platform and/or WhatsApp. Excellent explanation of how the boat works and the most interesting places to visit. The boat was very clean and tidy. It also comes with diving goggles, towels, and a cooler with ice and more than enough drinks for the four of us (water, beer, Coca-Cola, and Fantas). The boat consumes less fuel than we expected; we went down past the port of Formentera and the total consumption was €49. Although I refueled where they told us, for an extra €20 it's preferable to have them refuel. Twenty minutes before 7 p.m., there was traffic from rental boats waiting to refuel. I had to dock in a gap between two very modern and expensive boats. Although I was not bad at it, to avoid possible collisions with other boats and/or to avoid wasting time waiting, I consider their charge to be affordable. We paid 280 euros for the page, and before getting on the boat he told us that it does not include gasoline and the driver, we paid him 150 + 80 + 40 (€270), a total payment of €550. A truly wonderful day!!! I was initially a little sceptical about booking online but the experience exceeded my expectations by far and I’m really glad I booked with Marcos. My girlfriend and I loved it. He gave us a real sense of freedom, that we could go wherever we wanted. And he was super attentive to anything we needed. Great communication from even before I actually made the booking. Great tip for where to eat. Really cool that we were picked up in a smaller boat to take us to the restaurant. The estimate he gave me for the petrol was quite a bit higher than the amount we had to pay. Oh, and he upgraded our boat for free. I can recommend Marcos without hesitation.

The boat was new and sparkling clean, but we spent so much money on a completely private boat fail experience. Before booking, Marcos offered me for free a “churros” to float but when we requested on the boat, they said they didn’t have it there. Besides that, the skipper seemed inexperienced or the boat not appropriate for the weather condition, because on the first stop, the skipper couldn’t put the anchor (we even lost the anchor, the skipper desperate asked for somebody to jump in the water and help him, so my boyfriend jumped and helped to hold the rope). We tried another beach and again the skipper didn’t manage to get us close enough to the beach like the other boats, making us to jump on deep see and swim for a long part. Because of the water, we left our phones in the boat so we couldn’t communicate with the skipper to pick us back - he had to go far away with the boat and put the anchor in a bigger boat, so was impossible for him to see us waving from the beach - where we were without food, drinks, and phone, since was a “desert” beach. To be rescue, my boyfriend had to swim all along to the boat and bring us life jackets. The skipper kept the engine running while we were trying to step on the boat to try stop it for moving with the water, completely unsafe. One of the life jackets even fell apart and part of the plastic it had inside is still there on the sea because we couldn’t get it - it was already a challenge to get ourselves on the boat. I reported to Marcos when we came back to the pier and the only thing he said was: “why did you wait so long to report?”, insinuating that I enjoyed the entire day and was trying to get my money back without any reason, not even recognizing how dangerous and not enjoyable was the day. He agreed to return us € 80, if I have left a good review here, then maybe the other comments are not reliable.
