    Captain Miguel was very nice. However, we were extremely disappointed after the dangerous drive back (baby got water splashed in his ear, our phones stopped working due to the amount of water being splashed on us for 30 minutes straight, we had to wear goggles to protect our eyes from the amount of water being splashed). One day before the trip I spoke to Jose and asked to modify the date of the trip since the weather showed extremely high winds, rather than accommodating us he pushed us to go on that day saying he would get in trouble if he was to modify. Upon returning to the Marina, we expressed our horrible experience to Jose and he did not compensate us one bit. I will never book with Brutal Boats again due to the lack of customer service. Lastly, click and boat customer service was also difficult to reach and Laura was unable to assist via WhatsApp. I will not use or recommend this application to anyone anymore. The total amount paid for a trip from 10:30am to 6pm not going to Formentera and rather going only to South Ibiza was not changed and the gas amount was surprisingly more than expected. Given all the above, this experience showed us that the only true concern was that they get paid and not the customer experience.
