About the experience

A new arrival on the Koh Samui boating scene is the elegant sailing yacht
Odyssey - a 44-ft (13m) motorized sailing catamaran which has been
extensively modified for comfortable leisure sailing in the island’s tropical
waters.
The Shuttleworth Advantage 44 Catamaran is both comfortable and elegant
and provides a stable sailing experience for up to 18 passengers on a day
cruise and for six people on an overnight excursion.
Odyssey features three guest cabins with a large open salon and spacious
rear deck, making it ideal for entertaining. The foredeck features a wide, flat
deck with two trampoline rigs which provide ample space for sun-bathing
and relaxing in comfortable loungers.
The catamaran is available for private charter for daytime, sunset and
overnight cruises to Samui’s neighbouring islands of Koh Phangan, Koh
Madsum, Koh Tan, and the archipelago of Ang Thong National Marine Park –
a protected collection of 42 dramatic karst islands surrounded by sea
teeming with exotic fish and beautiful corals.
Odyssey is based on Buri Rasa Pier in Bangrak Bay on Samui's north coast,
making it conveniently accessible to the area’s main boating playground. It
can be anchored in one of the many stunning bays or coves for a sublime
day of swimming, snorkelling, paddle boarding or kayaking.
For lunch, guests can head to the beach and one of the many local
beachside restaurants serving fresh and delicious seafood or order a luxury
picnic basket from a restaurant to enjoy on board or on the beach.
Provisions on board. Ice, drinking water, some soft drinks, fruit basket, 2 fishing
rods, snorkelling equipment, life jackets and insurance.
Crew The yacht is licensed in Thailand to carry 22 persons on board for charter
trips. This is including the crew. We provide the obligatory skipper, a
deckhand/engineer and a licensed tour guide. We provide entry to boat on Pier.
Prices are subject 7% VAT
Charter prices 2023:
Full day sailing: US$ 18.30 latest
Half day: US$ or afternoon
Sunset cruise US$ 18.30 latest
Overnight, (Maximum 6 passengers)
2 full days and 1 night US$ . Extra
nights by arrangement. Day trip to Ang Thong marine park, add Bt6,000 for fuel
and staff overtime. For a hostess add Bt3,000 for the day and Bt1,500 for half

    The boat was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and well equipped with drinks, towels, paddle boards and snorkels. The crew were wonderful. They planned an extremely well organised day and were so helpful and accommodating. We had a perfect day, which was such a memorable part of our holiday.
