    We have been denied a 1.000€ refund of our deposit paid after we have informed them that the ladder was not working. We feel deeply disappointed about this situation and hope we can solve it. Communication with the Office Lady was impossible to maintain.

    We didn’t get the boat that we booked, really disappointed. Also no snacks onboard as stated in the booking. Paid for a paddle board and that didn’t happen. I can safely say that we wouldn’t book through this company again. Appalling.

They charged me a higher amount (1 hour more on the boat) for arriving 40 minutes late than the time agreed upon in the reservation since apparently they had the boat rented for the next night shift... When I took the boat I was not They explained that I had to arrive on time and for this reason I was not very happy with the reservation. I have rented many boats during my life and this has never happened to me, generally they suggest extending the return time a little longer so as not to coincide with everyone at the same time. Aside from that, the rest of the reservation was fine and they refunded my money the next day because we couldn't go out sailing due to bad weather.

    We had a great day on the boat even though the sea was rough. Very professional staff and nice/experienced skipper. Boat was just right for our group of 4 adults and 6 kids. Price for a 1 day trip is quite high, but that’s what you get in high season. Fully recommend.
