Since I was already familiar with the boat, I booked it again – but this time with a new owner. The handover was unprofessional: The rental company arrived late, the check-in took place from a van on the side of the road, and there was no information about previous damage or the general condition of the 13-year-old boat – only a reminder to take photos of the propeller. However, the boat itself made a good impression, and we had a wonderful day on the water. I was irritated to be contacted during the trip and accused of driving too far. I hadn't previously been aware of any distance restrictions. Unfortunately, the situation ended badly: The rental company held me responsible for an obviously older, repeatedly repaired damage to the driver's seat backrest bracket. Despite my objections, he threatened to keep my deposit if I didn't pay €50 for the repair. Only after a discussion and payment did I get my deposit back. Conclusion: The day itself was enjoyable, but the handling and communication from the rental company left a very negative impression on me. I would therefore not book with this provider again. Anyone who does so should be sure to thoroughly document all details and any previous damage in advance.

    We had a wonderful full day boat ride. The boat was just as described and comfortably fit four adults and two children. Our skipper was terrific and took us to Mondrago, Porto Petro, Cove Colom, and Cala Varques. Working through Click&Boat was ideal: easy to book, communicate with owner about the reservation, and transparency in pricing and terms. Definitely plan to use their service again!
