    I can’t review our charter as Ivan, the skipper hired by Antonio, overslept and failed to turn up. We have therefore demanded a full refund. I also think some compensation is appropriate as we had to make other arrangements at zero notice which was more expensive. I feel sorry for Antonio as he was very good to deal with and very apologetic.

By the day before our trip, our Skipper, Marin, was quickly in direct communication with me and we could quickly and easily agree details. I was hosting a group of business clients, so it was important for me to be able to supply them with details in advance, to reassure them and demonstrate my own professionalism and forward planning. Having a skipper was a good move as it meant instead of me having to focus on driving the boat I could relax and chat with my guests. The boat was great, worked well for us all and the route and schedule were perfect. Marin was a true professional, immediately inspired trust and made the day for us all. Thank you!
