Great experience, everything perfect, including directions.
The boat was very good, I don't really know who Ivan is since I was attended to by different people. A good experience. We paid for five boats and they told me to arrive about 20 minutes before eight to complete the contract and so on and the guy arrived at 8:05 and we left at 8:30 and on top of that he tells me that at 12:45 we have to refuel. Just don't put 5 hours but 4 hours of rental and pay less.
Ivan and Paula were attentive and willing to provide recommendations and help from start to finish. We had a slight problem with the reverse gear and Ivan took 5 minutes to come and fix it with a pneumatic tyre. 100% recommendable, professional and we will be back. It's a shame about the drizzle that also came during the event of a great day.
