Your first stop is Heronisia Bay, a hidden paradise surrounded by towering rock formations. The rare blue-green waters here are calm and crystal clear, ideal for swimming or floating near the two sea caves carved into the cliffs — an experience that feels truly remote and magical.

Next, you'll visit Menies, a dramatic bay known for its steep rocky coastline and wild goats roaming freely in the hills. Beyond its raw beauty, Menies carries deep historical roots — it was once the site of an ancient sanctuary dedicated to the Goddess Diana. As you swim in its clear, turquoise waters, you’re surrounded by both nature and myth.

The trip ends at Theodorou Island, a protected nature reserve with rich marine life, sharp rocky edges, and peaceful coves. Keep your eyes open — this is one of the few places where you can spot the rare kri-kri goats and many seabirds in their natural habitat. With its clear waters and sea caves, it’s also a great spot for one last swim or snorkel before heading back.
