I can’t not express how poor our experience was. Ruben messaged me the night before demanding I go get cash for final payment even though it said we are paid in full . We are nowhere near a cash machine. We tracked an hour trying to find one. He told us where to meet him unfortunately no parking so we had to park 45 minutes away and walk in the hot sun. Ricardo was our skipper. Very rude and soooo many rules on the boat. He made sure we would. Or enjoy our day. No going downstairs which is weird bc I have done this on every boat in Mallorca. I have rented 24 sailboats in Mallorca. You must bring your own ice and water. Nothing will be provided. Plus park so far away. We had to ask to play music or do anything. The paddle boards don’t have fins so your run in circles. They dropped us back at Beso beach and even though they charged a cleaning fee we had to take our own trash. Zero. Zero zero stars. Shame on you for the the business you run. Never again!! Do not book with this company!!!!

We have had a great day. The boat was in very good condition and the skipper was very attentive and pleasant. Although I have been told that it is the custom in Ibiza, and considering the rental price, I find it disappointing that they do not even put water on board for passengers. In other places it is a basic of a good host.

Bad experience. I do not recommend. My boat was changed without notice the day before boarding. I didn't complain, because it was similar, but it wasn't the one I chose in the original reservation. Captain Ricardo made no attempt to be cordial from the beginning, he just communicated in a direct and rude way all the rules of what could not be done on the vessel and the consequences if we did it. You couldn't, for example, drink in the front of the boat. We were given so many instructions and reservations to go to the bathroom that they even inhibited us from using it. They only took us to a single beach on the island, as the others would be far away. We asked for a reservation for a restaurant for 4pm. When it was 2:45 pm we were forced to pay a 100 euro fine from the restaurant that we had never been informed of in order to stay longer on the beach as we would have to leave at that time. Arriving later at the restaurant was not an option unless we paid overtime, which was absurd given that we rented the boat all day, until 7:00 pm.
