    A beautiful day, the crew was great. But unfortunately the communication was not possible until one day before our trip and therefore we were provided with drinks (standard) but not with fruit and snacks (although certainly with an extra charge) on the final bill we were told that we had only booked 8 hours in the price, although the bill stated from 11:00 to 20:00. We didn't let our mood spoil, but that's why we didn't get full marks.
