    My experience on the ship was overall positive, as the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Jesus, the sailor in charge, was friendly and attentive throughout the day. However, the situation changed when one of the boat's engines broke down while we were sailing back. This mishap ruined part of the experience, as we were forced to slow down and it took longer than expected to return to the port. Despite this inconvenience, what bothered us the most was discovering at the end of the day that Jesús had previously told us that the usual thing was to sail for 1.5 to 2 hours, and that amount would be what he would charge for fuel. However, he decided to sail with us for 3 hours and charged us an additional €750 for fuel. In short, even though the boat was comfortable and Jesús was a good sailor, the lack of transparency regarding the condition of the engine and the unexpected extra costs left a sour taste in the experience. I would recommend making sure you establish clear and transparent communication with clients in similar situations to avoid misunderstandings and disappointment.
