The boat was in perfect condition, the donut we had booked was included, everything went really smoothly and I was a little worried because I had only just gotten my license last year and this was the first time I was allowed to drive a boat with 225 HP of this size. But my worries beforehand were completely unfounded.     We were amazed by the excellent rental through 5 oceans management. It started with a few questions upfront through the Click&Boat website which were answered within only a few minutes. We placed a reservation and a day before the rental we got an extensive whatsapp with all the necessary information. A few tutorial videos explaining how the boat is operated and a explanation how to get to the dock now it has become a construction site. Very easy to follow. On the day itself we got once more all the details explained by Jonatan, who was very kind and a good instructor. The boat itself was excellent as well. Everything was in good condition and we even got quite a few tips to visit some places (with their location saved in the navigation). We were a bit worried that 9 people would overfill the boat (750 pacific craft) - but there was plenty of space. They even had life vests for the children. If we will come back to Mallorca, we definitely will come back here!

    Hired boat through Jorge. Exemplary, courteous and professional from the start. Quick response to initial booking request. Within hours Jorge had sent a welcoming message via WhatsApp. Any questions and queries were answered in a timely manner. I hired for a full day and was provided some excellent information, proposed routes, restaurants and instructional videos of the boat. Accurate time and location details were provided the day before joining. I was introduced to Jonatan who I met at the dock to receive the boat on the day. Again, extremely professional and courteous. He provided an excellent walk through the boat and it’s equipment which was all in good working order. The boat was clean and tidy on arrival and can see it is maintained to a high standard. Unluckily, the weather conditions on the day were not favourable. Jonatan checked in on myself and my wife throughout the day to make sure the weather had not got the better of us and gave some options of where to go to seek shelter and make the most of it. This sits well with me knowing that the guys ashore cared for our safety. Can not recommend 5om enough for boat hire. A professional outfit. I will use these guys again next time. Thank you.

    We had a great time out on the boat with our captain, Pep - he made the experience so lovely and made us feel comfortable out on the sea. The boat was in great condition. My only areas of improvement for the whole experience is to have ice on board prior to us taking the boat out and to have more than one noodle on board as these are low cost and easy ways to make floating on the water more enjoyable. Overall, great experience and would recommend!
