    The team were fantastic however we were bitterly disappointed towards the end. We chartered the boat with the intention of anchoring off Monaco (for which we confirmed our intentions with Patrick), however on the 2nd day the police raided the boat as the skipper had parked in an illegal area. He then had to move the boat for which we were charged and caused us to have to get taxis each night back to the boat which cost a few thousand euro all up. Secondly, to find out we were being charged 250L/h and we were only allowed to go 12knots (at which the boat was using only 80L/h) was very disappointing as it meant we were charged an additional 6,000 euro in access of the “all in agreed price”. We were charged for the skippers error and received no sympathy or understanding from Patrick. BE VERY CAREFUL BOOKING THIS BOAT

    We agreed to the boat on the basis that there would be a jet ski. I was told there would be no jet ski but not to worry as there is a good tender to do water sports. There were two staff - a captain and one crew. Very early on it was clear that the captain was completely over worked. The crew was not able to help. The captain managed to wrap the tow rope around the drive shaft of the tender on its first outing. My kids rescued the captain and the tender by swimming it back. The captain took it out of the water using the crane. She tried in vain to fix it as the screws were worn out. I spent over an hour and a half under the tender trying to help her and the crew member as I could she was really struggling. We did our best and the captain was very grateful for the help. In the meantime none of the guests were being watched or helped. In the end the tender stowed away as it was never going to work. They then set off with the swim ladder left out. After 20 mins they stopped the boat as it was pulling to one side and later they realised why. The captain is a very nice lady just basic left on her own without support. We eat no food and only drank water. I asked for a discount from the £7500+ cost, which the captain thought was fair. She then told me she was so sorry as Patrick has told her to give me nothing. I rate Click and Boat and the captain, as a person, highly - as for the day and Patricks operation....... ------------------ owner's reply------------------ "The customer tried to obtain an unjustified discount under false pretenses and by applying pressure through the threat of a negative review. Despite clear agreements, he later made false claims and left the boat without completing the payment. We stand behind our crew and firmly reject such behavior – fairness applies to both sides."

    Patrick was great helping us set everything up before the charter. Very nice to work with and made sure we had all the specific food and drinks that we wanted on board. On board, Paolo and Simona took perfect care of us…always with a smile…and they even took great drone photos us!!! The boat was perfect. Very well maintained and clean. I would definitely charter with Patrick and his team again in the future.
