The most beautiful beaches of Hvar are located in the protected landscape of the Paklenski islands. Pure nature and crystal clean sea gives you many reasons to rent a motorboat or a sailboat there to enjoy time with family and friends. A popular destination among sailors in this part of the Adriatic see is the island of Brač. Weight anchor and explore the Zmajeva cave, or suntan in Zlatni rat beach. Other alternatives are the island of Vis, Korčula, Pelješac, and Šolta. If you are already in Croatia, then you won't want to miss on the national park "Mljet".
Nightlife, architecture of the cosmopolitan town of Hvar, divine beaches near Jelsa, the ambiance of "Little Venice" in Vrboska, and the quiet hidden coves around Sučuraj, are just some parts of the experience that awaits you. Some of the most popular attractions in Hvar are: the Arsenal (the oldest public theater), the fortress Fortica, the franciscan monastery, St Stephen’s Square, the eco-ethno village of Humac, and the Tvrdalj Castle. Hvar is also famous for its lavander fields, so kraljičina vodica (pure distillate of rosemary oil) is a perfect souvenir from Hvar.

Crystal blue sea, beautiful coves and beaches, vineyards, olive groves, and endless fields of lavender combined with historical and cultural sights make the island of Hvar the most beautiful island in the world (confirmed by Traveller Magazine 1997). Its central position makes it idyllic to rent a boat around the island, or visit nearby islets of the Adriatic archipelago. No matter what you're looking for on vacation, you will find it there.

Perfect place for boat trips. Lots of nice places to visit. Beach party in Hula hula or Carpe Diem club, amazing spots like Blue, Green cave, Mlini Beach, chill in one of numerous hidden coves around the island and eat some fresh sea food. I had a great time and will definitely go back to Hvar as soon as possible.
A great city and island - lot of places to see and great beaches to swim - the night life and food worth a trip - we went to SV Nicolai, Milna Beach - great place to eat is Dionysos Konoba on Sveti Klement - we also enjoyed Hvar City and the old fortress
