My experience with captain Mario and Sarah was top notch. The beautiful scenery was unmatched. Both are very skilled on the water. I learned so much about sailing and the added Bonus is Sara’s knowledge as a marine biologist. They are both wonderful to talk to.
Also I am a chef and I can sincerely say that Sara’s meals were incredibly delicious. She was kind enough to share some recipes with me. The real hero is the little dog Nina. Well behaved and a perfect swim companion. I’ve done sailing charters all over the world. This was the best!

The whole experience was fantastic.
The company also sorted us out a taxi to and from our villa which was great .
The skipper and crew were lovely. The food the lady made was super.
The weather changed all of a sudden and the waves got very rough and the captain dealt with it brilliantly.
So a wonderful day

Booked through the Click&Boat app on 21st April for 20th August, and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 🚤🇬🇷
Once the booking was confirmed, Stathis sent me some initial messages and then we moved over to WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend doing this — especially for the day of the boat rental. Don't skip this part! 📱
The communication from the moment we booked was excellent and really put my mind at ease. I was initially worried about finding the location on the day, but rest assured, the location they send you is the correct one 💯.
I sent a WhatsApp message when we arrived, which was picked up by Irene (apologies if I've got the name wrong!) who came out to greet us, along with some other members of the team.
They also provided a cooler box with around 2–3 bottles of water and 2–3 soft drinks. You can bring your own drinks too, and they're more than happy for you to use the cooler. 🧊🥤
🚤 First time driving a boat
I'd never driven a boat before, so I was initially a little nervous. I booked a boat that didn't require a licence, and after some quick paperwork, including checking my driving licence, we got started.
We also opted for the optional €80 boat insurance, which I'd personally recommend for the extra peace of mind. 👍
Stathis then gave me a very detailed introduction to the boat. One thing I thought was particularly good was that he asked to use my phone to take photos of the propeller before we left, so there was a record showing that there was no existing damage. This is then checked again when you return.
He went through everything properly — how the boat works, fuelling and what to do if you need to refuel, using the anchor ⚓, accelerating, reversing and everything else you need to know.
Even though I'd never driven a boat before, I felt comfortable setting off after the explanation.
🎶 The little extras
There are speakers on the boat, which were perfectly fine. Don't expect huge bass or anything 😂, as you'll barely hear them while you're moving unless you're stopped, but it's still a great addition and definitely helps create the atmosphere.
I actually made a playlist specifically for the boat trip 🎶🚤, and having our own music playing while cruising around Lefkada made the day feel even more special.
One thing I really appreciated was that Stathis checked in with us during the trip while we had stopped for lunch, just to see how we were getting on.
I also had a question about the fuel and insurance payment, which led to a complimentary call with him. Again, this is where WhatsApp is really useful as it's clearly the main way they'll communicate with you throughout the day (obviously excluding any mobile data charges from your own network).
🎂 A special birthday
The boat was booked for my partner's 30th birthday 🎂❤️.
I didn't actually tell them this beforehand, so I imagine they might have done something extra, maybe a bottle of wine or something, if I'd mentioned it! 😂 But honestly, it didn't matter — we had an amazing day regardless.
We ended up returning around 30 minutes earlier than planned, which wasn't a problem at all. The team helped us dock and then we did the final checks.
Afterwards, they went through the fuel cost and insurance before payment. You can pay by cash or card, which was really convenient.
In the end, I paid:
💶 €80 insurance
⛽ €28 for around half a tank of fuel (based on a certain conversion)
I was actually expecting the fuel to cost more, so €28 was a pleasant surprise!
⭐️ Would I recommend them?
Absolutely.
From the communication before the trip, the introduction to the boat, the support during the day and the easy return process, everything was really straightforward.
If you've never driven a boat before and you're a little nervous about it, I'd definitely recommend Mediterranean Breeze Cruises. The explanation was thorough enough that I felt comfortable taking the boat out, and knowing they were only a WhatsApp message away was reassuring.
We had an amazing day and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Lefkada. 🇬🇷☀️🚤
I'd 100% book with Mediterranean Breeze Cruises again if I'm back in the area.

Mojito is a very nice boat. Plus we got Nick as our skipper, he made our trip fantastic to think that we are inexperienced crew members. He recommended beautiful villages to visit,beach spots,bars and restaurants. Our week vacation was totally a great blast. Thank you Nick for your patience,humility and kindness.a very easy going person.

From the moment we set off, it was clear this was going to be an extraordinary charter experience — and it exceeded every expectation.
Our skipper was exceptional in every sense. His seamanship and deep knowledge of the area meant we were always in the best hands. He navigated us into coveted ports that most charterers never reach, and his local connections and expertise made the entire trip feel effortless. Every day brought a new highlight, and that was entirely down to his skill and dedication to crafting the perfect itinerary.
The chef was nothing short of spectacular. From carefully sourcing the finest local produce, wines, and meats to producing Michelin-worthy meals at every sitting, the standard of food was truly remarkable. Attentive, warm, and endlessly accommodating, the chef had an extraordinary ability to anticipate what we needed — ensuring we were always comfortable, happy, and very well fed.
The boat itself is immaculate. Beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully appointed throughout. The cabins are generously spacious and the bathrooms are of an excellent standard.
This was a truly memorable trip. The combination of an outstanding skipper, a world-class chef, and a pristine vessel made for an experience we will be talking about for years and look forwards to booking again soon. We cannot recommend this boat and crew highly enough.

Hot water was not hot for daily showers. Weather was cold some days and our captain would only run generator/heat when requested and shut off at night, so no heat and very cold mornings until he awakened. He promised 5am on morning to turn on generator, but did not get up for it.
