    We had a very, very lovely day. Beforehand, we were informed that the boat we had originally booked was unfortunately damaged. As a result, we were given an upgrade and received an even better boat instead. The tour was absolutely fantastic, and we were able to enjoy a beautiful and independent day on the water without any worries. The introduction to the boat was excellent and was carried out by trained staff. We had a few minor issues with the anchor, but they were resolved quickly and easily with just one phone call. The communication and arrangements with the rental company were very friendly and always on an equal footing. Overall, there was a very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere between the rental company and us. We can absolutely recommend this experience!

    We drove the boat around Comino and also did a part of the Gozo coast. The kids loved anchoring in some of the many blue watered bays, taking a refreshing swim around the boat. Make sure to use lots of sunscreen!

    Charles was accommodating, knew some great spots, and overall the boat and the trip were nice. The price ended up being about the same as other operators, but honestly, I don't think I would have booked had I known a few things beforehand. The listing mentions a barbecue, and there wasn't one. He also said there'd be soda, chips, and pastes, but these were never actually offered to us they were in his personal fridge, so we didn't feel comfortable just grabbing them. My bigger issue was the stops. A couple of times we asked to stop and he wouldn't. Once he said it was impossible, even though two other boats were anchored right there. The main letdown was the Blue Lagoon: he didn't want to go, and we had to insist. When he finally did stop, it was so far out that actually swimming there wasn't realistic. I understand it gets crowded, but it's the main attraction for boating in Malta. If a captain isn't comfortable going there, that should be stated in the listing, or at least communicated in advance. Bottom line: if you've already been to Malta and just want a relaxed ride with a few lesser-known stops, Charles is a great choice. If you're hoping to hit the main highlights, especially the Blue Lagoon, I'd honestly book something else.

    We had an amazing day on the boat! Ryan was extremely helpful and everything was well organized! We requested a cool box, which was ready for us on arrival and the boat was clean and tidy, easy to use. Would highly recommend hiring this boat if you want a beautiful day in Malta xx
