Open and honest communication at all times.
Very easy communication with the owner, he is friendly, serious and punctual. The boat is very comfortable and has 4 cabins (the two in the front for 1 adult or 2 children), 2 very comfortable aft cabins. The sails are in good condition and so is the navigation equipment. The outside area and the platform make it ideal for enjoying the Costa Brava and the Balearic Islands (very good access to the sea, space to store toys, etc.). Maybe the state of cleanliness would improve when delivering the boat but I recommend it!
