The owner is not honest because he asked me without further control or to pay 400€ because we just bent a metal part in aluminum which directs the manipulations of the anchor I did not want to enter into a discussion at 7:30 p.m. because this Mr. was particularly unpleasant and even threatening. I made a transfer the same evening as promised but he did not respect his commitment to send me the repair and reservation invoice on the scheduled morning despite my reminders and a phone call (he hung up on me). Without this invoice I cannot claim on my insurance.
Le propriétaire n'est pas honnête car il m'a demandé sans plus de contrôle ni de payer 400€ car nous avons juste tordu une partie métallique en aluminium qui dirige les manipulations de l'ancre Je n'ai pas voulu entrer dans une discussion à 19h30 car ce Mr a été particulièrement désagréable voir menaçant. J'ai effectué un virement le soir même comme promis mais lui n'a pas respecté son engagement de m'envoyer la facture de réparation et de réservation le matin prévu malgré mes relances et un appel téléphonique (il m'a raccroché au nez). Sans cette facture je ne peux faire jouer mon assurance.
The charterer in question received the vessel without the necessary experience, caused damage through carelessness or irresponsibility, returned it late and behaved inappropriately, while refusing to cover the costs of restoration. Despite this, we provided him with full service in accordance with the terms of the charter agreement. His criticism does not reflect reality.
Ο συγκεκριμένος ναυλωτής παρέλαβε το σκάφος χωρίς την απαραίτητη εμπειρία, προκάλεσε ζημιές λόγω απροσεξίας ή ανευθυνότητας, το επέστρεψε καθυστερημένα και παρουσίασε ανάρμοστη συμπεριφορά, ενώ αρνήθηκε να καλύψει τα κόστη αποκατάστασης. Παρά ταύτα, του παρείχαμε πλήρη εξυπηρέτηση σύμφωνα με τους όρους του ναυλοσυμφώνου. Η κριτική του δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην πραγματικότητα.
