Luca was a great host an incredible experience that we would do again in a heartbeat!

Nice little boat. A bucket list adventure for sure. The price is high but for most it’s our only time in Como. Luca was nice and helped explain how everything works.

Don’t ever rent a boat with this company. We agreed a starting time off 10:00. The boat arrived at 10:30. After we went on a nice tour on the como lake, we went for a lunch stop at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo. When we wanted to continue our boat trip, the engine stopped running so we weren’t able to start the boat. There was no solution handed and we had to make our own plans. So we took a taxi back to como which costs us €130,00 (approx 1 hour). The owner of the boat was only busy with his boat but not helping the customer which afternoon was ruined. The day after, we asked for a refund, the owner first made a payment which was not fair. After repeadetly mentioning that it was not the right way to treat a customer they payed a second refund. This conversation was only possible true whats app. By phone was not possible, because they have no one who speaks english properly. Which was the amount it should have been in de first place. But we claimed the taxi costs as wel, but the owner said that it was not his job or duty to pay for this as wel. The owner has clearly no eye for the customer. We will never rent a boat at this company again. The total price of this day was approx €700,00. This is not the customer service you should expect. Price point perspective does not match the quality.

Luka’s service was awesome. He was on time and very patient while providing us with the boat orientation. His boat is new, clean and safe. We had amazing time. Thank you Luca!

We have booked the boat for 2 hours on sunset and had an amazing time. The boat is new and clean. Luca is a great owner and made everything for us to have a romantic trip. For some additional costs, Luca has provided very nice prosecco bottle and some snacks (tomato focaccia was very tasty). I would definitely recommend his service.

Luca was a great host. He communicated very well despite the English/Italian barriers. He provided amazing family made Prosecco, water and the best focaccia I have ever tasted. I highly recommend him and his boat. The boat is brand new, clean and easy to drive with all the safety gear needed. He even came to the Villa D’Este pier to pick us up! It was very convenient. He is FANTASTIC!! Thanks Luca!!
